Ordered through the App for delivery 12/26. Obvious ease of ordering. Justin prepared our order straight away and I believe we had our order within a half hour.
Everything was fresh and great. This was the first time I ordered the Pacific Veggie on something other than thin crust, did the New York style crust. What a nice difference!! Really transformed my regular choice!!

The other day I had a not so great experience with my delivery (i asked to be called upon arrival and wasnt, the pizza was ice cold from being outside and it was in front of my neighbors door) when i called, the manager was very nice and gracious. He gave me a credit and when i ordered again the pizza was perfect..it was delivered quickly and the manager and driver absolutley took care of me. I will 100% continue to order from here..thank you for making it right

Stopped in here for something quick. It was honestly a great experience. The staff was nice and polite. It was clean. The food was surprisingly good. It was quick.
Definitely not first choice for pizza in Elkhorn but for quick and cheap it’s not a bad option.
Also the wings were a hit at the house.

There app charge my card twice ordering. The manager Nicholas who is extremely rude told me I will have to wait for it to fall off my card. So I have to wait for 60 dollars to fall off. That could be next Tuesday. Well Nicholas I will never order from Domino’s again. Merry Christmas Nicholas

Called to ask which crusts are dairy-free. Was told confidently, after employee asked, all of the crusts are dairy-free. Wife knew that wasn’t correct, so my wife of course made me call back and ask again, but this time specifying it’s an allergy issue. On hold. They then said they called the district manager to get up to date and none of the crusts are dairy-free.
In the meantime looked it up on the Domino’s website ingredients pages. Two of the crust, thin and gluten-free are dairy free (no whey). The rest have way and clearly say they contain dairy under allergens. Wife told this to the manager and he said ” oh then just go by what’s on the website”.
This is a serious health concern. My family member could have gotten sick eating that amount of whey, and we wouldn’t have known the cause.
They said the sauce is dairy free, but now I guess I’ll have to Google that one too to actually know the correct answer

I’ve never been so disappointed with this place. I’ve ordered here multiple times for my coworkers and I. Dominos is aware we go on break at 11 pm. But when I order something for 10:30 pm, I expect it to be here. Not when they “feel” like delivering. My pizza was out of the oven at 10:10 pm. Almost 11 pm and still have not received it. So I’m literally getting an hour old pizza that’s gonna be cold and some of us eat earlier than our scheduled break time. Why have the schedule ahead if you’re STILL going to be almost an hour late. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update: received my pizza 40 minutes late. Pizza was cold and soggy. Decided to call the store and speak to the manager and asked why my pizza was delivered late and not in good shape. She stated “I was busy and ran behind tonight”. Are you serious right now. That’s the response I get when I’m upset. It’s on your delivery driver who left the store at 10:13 and didn’t show up til 11:10. May I also mention the delivery driver also had someone else in the car with him? Yeah…pissed I wasted my break at my work waiting for food and not even have a break at that point. Oh, the manager also offered some credit. I stated I already got some credit and I’m mad that this keeps happening with many people. And she goes “yeah I know”. FIX THE ISSUE!!

We ordered pizza from this Dominos for years. Over the last 6 months, the accuracy of the completed order, the timeliness, and the overall quality of the experience have been horrible. We kept giving it “another chance” and tonight was the last straw. We ordered a large specialty pizza and 2 sides. At the time of my order, the app said my food delivery would take approximately 36 minutes. It took over an hour to get our food. The food was cold, since it sat in “quality inspection” for about 20 minutes. I should also mention that the “quality inspection” was unsuccessful – if the pizza was actually inspected for quality, they probably would have noticed that the pizza was missing 3 toppings.
What adds insult to injury is that we always pre-tip and yet we always regret it – this evenings experience was no different.
Last, the solution from management is to just offer a discount or refund. Why not try addressing the issue or actually correcting the problem?

I have been getting Domino’s pizza for my kids for a couple years now at this location. When they first opened the pizza was really good. The past 6 to 7 times I have ordered from them. The quality of the pizza has been going down to the point where this past order has been absolutely the worst. You would be better off. Just getting yourself a DiGiorno rising crust pizza or really any pizza from the store for that matter. I can’t believe that they would actually have enough pride to put out The food that they are making and quite honestly it doesn’t really pay to even say anything to them because I’ve known many people that have told them that their Pizza is not good and obviously it’s falling on deaf ears. There’s barely any sauce on it even if you order it. It seems like it’s been sitting for 2 hours even though it comes right out of the oven. I just don’t see if other dominoes are putting out this type of product. How that chain can stay in business.
