I had ordered a pizza for a late night delivery, but it wasn’t quite right. I called the restaurant and they immediately delivered my correct order within minutes, for a small delivery fee only. No hassles, no problems, the manager was professional, understanding, and very polite because they really wanted to make it right. It’s good to see that sort of service and dedication towards their customers.

In a town full of pizza joints, this place is a class act. Textbook late night “it’ll do” order EVERY TIME. I don’t know how they do it, I don’t want to either. Best pizza in town, for thick crust. Always happy to go to this Dominos. The only reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere is that the store has great potential since it is located on a beautiful marshy pond. Wouldn’t it be fun in the summer to have a small deck for eating out on that lovely spot.

I had a bad last experience with them, but other times, everything was okay, considering it to be a chain. I never ordered from there again. And I had order a lot in the last 2 months. I was a new customer and convinced to order from a chain restaurant. Therefore, I gave them a 1 star rating; otherwise, I would have given them a 4 -stars rating.
The delivery person came to my door 35 minutes late the last time I ordered. She realised they brought the wrong food when they arrived at my door. So they drove back to make my food and brought it back another half hour late. So my food was about an hour and 15 minutes late. I tried to get compensated for their mistake. I even contacted the owner, and he blew me off. He talked to me once, and then he dropped the ball, therefore the one star.
And no apologies!

Awful customer service!! Beware of this location.
I went to the store to place my order. Cashier said please swipe your card again it didn’t process. So I did, and then she asked can you do it again, so I did and she said I’m sorry it’s not processing.
Then she manually entered it in and said it processed.
That’s funny because when I got home and checked my bank account and I noticed my card was charged 3 times for 1 order!!!
We also ordered and paid for 16 bread bites option and only recieved 10 in the box.
I called them and told them what happened and asked why this happened and the girl said I’m sorry I don’t know. There isn’t anything I can do. This is the same girl that took my order in the store.
Do yourself a favor and
Stay away from this place!!

I frequent this location at least a few times a month for lunch at work. The pizza is always very good. The young lady that is the lunchtime shift manager is tremendous. Very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend this location.

Terrible customer service! Ordered extra everything for two pizzas (one 2 topping, the other 3 topping). Usually, it comes as ordered, but not this time. Sauce is non-existent, handful of toppings on both. Called to report the issue, person who answered was rude and clearly didn’t care. Last time we order from this location!
