I went to Deli dept 7pm-ish & was rudely told that they were closed. That she has to clean & go home. Confused I asked what the deli hours are? I was told “it depends on whose working”. Um. What?! So. Can’t give a over a 3 because random unpredictable hours for deli or bakery just sucks.

This is, by far, the worst Krogers I’ve ever been to. It smells, it’s dirty, the people don’t care and the manager, obviously, doesn’t either. It always appears as if they are ready to close it down because there is rarely anything on the shelves.
