Please be careful eating here. Ordered the chicken in garlic sauce lunch special and I was told 10 minutes. It was done in about 5-6 minutes and when I sat down to eat the sauce was jelly texture. After I mixed it around I took a bite of the vegetables which was cooked. It was when I bit into a piece of chicken and it was rubbery, I couldn’t even bite and pull the chicken a part. The chicken was raw. I know raw chicken from cooked chicken. When I returned to the store to let them know he tried to say that’s how white meat is and that’s how garlic sauce is and basically implying that the meal is fine. My go to meal from Chinese restaurants is chicken and broccoli and I’ve never had raw chicken in my food from ANY establishment, in ANY state I’ve lived in. After some back and forth I was given a refund but if it was up to them I wouldn’t have gotten anything, the man who takes the order laughed in my face. Don’t eat here!

I will never order from them again! I use to order from them all the time. Today I order for myself and my children but I was at work and didn’t eat my food right away. When I looked at my food finally I noticed it was burnt. I called the restaurant and asked for a replacement. The first thing they said was they would just replace the shrimp I told the young lady no I wanted the whole meal replaced and she said no because it was only the shrimp that was burnt. Then they called me back and said because two hours had went past I had to send a picture to prove it was burnt and have someone come to the restaurant and make the exchange. So I asked her what the time had to do with anything I was at work. She proceeded to go back and forth with me. So I sent the picture and told them at that time they can keep the food I didn’t want it anymore. Because that was to much for me. I spend good money with them all the time. Never give them a issue or nothing. I will never support them again.

I can not rate the atmosphere because my food was delivered. This was my first and last time ordering from here. The chicken wings seemed old. I had orders which consisted of at least twenty five chicken wings and they were not consistent in texture,appearance and taste. The shrimp egg foo young pods were burnt, the gravy was too thick and salty. The fries were withered upon receipt. The rib tips were overcooked and mostly bone and gristle. I have had better and well aware that the quality could be better than what I received. I paid close to two hundred dollars for food and the quality of food received was unacceptable. In addition, the delivery person car wreaked of cigarette smoke which is extremely unsanitary for food delivery services.
Lesson learned and last time conducting business with this establishment. The customer service of individuals taking calls and orders was exceptional at least which is why service was rated 4 stars.

Like most carry outs on the Southside they are rude and the restaurant smells funny, and that’s after you pass the homeless man who sleeps in front of the store asking every customer for money and food. I only go here for the ATM!!! The chicken used to be really good but I can’t get by the smell of the place to even want anything from here. Some of us do have standards on the Southside. Some of us even work full time jobs and will not feed our family anything!!!! Some of US choose to do and be better!!!!

I totally recommend the steak and cheese from them, the steak and cheese is BOMB! The steak is not too dry and the cheese is enough and melted good. Also their mumbo sauce too! I will never complain about this place because I always get good service and they always make the food how I wanted to be. I totally recommend this to anyone, you should TOTALLY try it especially if you like steak and cheese!

The food is good! You get a lot of food for your money! And the Chicken Tenders are a very nice size. Two of them along with some hush puppies and Cole Slaw will fill you up! Trust me!

Wish I could give 0 stars! Customer service is HORRIBLE, food is horrible smh had to fuss with b**** taking my order the 1st time I tried to order then ended up cancelling it. 2nd time I got a friend to order and the food came with soy sauce all in and on the bags, so much that the food fell out onto the floor and I even thought I saw a bug in the bag. Shrimp I ordered didn’t even look cooked all the way. I’m going to see them in person tomorrow needless to say. Bottom line, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You will be disappointed!
