This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Long John Silver /Taco Bell.. it was more Taco Bell than anything!!! Everything was so greasy, not crispy but hard!! Could not bite into anything. My 6 year old son described it best!! He says ” mommy, daddy it’s like a banana…. I peel off this stuff and here is my chicken!!” Wow the absolute worse 35 bucks I’ve ever wasted!!

The food was of varying temperatures. The fountain machine wasn’t mixed properly, some drinks were completely disgusting. Service was poor; man taking our order didn’t speak.

Wow, I am speechless. Just came in at 5:30 pm on Wednesday evening, and ordered dinner off the Long John Silvers menu – chicken planks and shrimp. Was waiting about 5 mins for my food and they placed a bag on the counter. I did not see it or hear them call my order so I did not realize that was my food. About 2 minutes later the manager came by and asked if I was waiting on an order. I said yes and he said, “apologies but that was your order on the counter – but please give me 5 minutes because that food was not fresh made and I want to get you fresh food”. I waited 5 mins and he brought out fresh food. He said “sorry for the wait but I didn’t want to do you like that, this food was just made”.
I cannot remember the last time a fast food manager demonstrated that level of care for me as a customer. I’m not sure it’s ever happened. Kudos to this manager, I did t get his name and wish I had. He really gets it.

The food is awesome. The portions can vary depending on the day. Decent prices. But if this fast food, I beg to differ on that. Service is very slow. But they do have lots of condiments on and 3 zero pop options. The hush puppies are amazing. Will go back, I’m sure.

What a mess, 2 self serve registers huddled together between the bathroom and the back door people didn’t know what they were doing, and there was long lines, yet the employee’s were behind the counter,

Got the Long John Silver’s 3 Fish Meal. Fish and hush puppies were crispy, hot, and tasty. Fries were pretty good. One of my favorite drinks Baja Blast is an option here because of the Taco Bell portion.
Service was fast, friendly, and they gave me extra tartar sauce.

I ordered the family pack with waffle fries and slaw. I also ordered four extra pieces of fish and only got three. The fish was over fried, it was hard and dry. The fries were too hard to eat. The slaw was mushy. The hush puppies were the only thing edible. Totally disappointed and I will never go back. Long John Silver’s isn’t close to what it once was. I paid $45+ for food that should have been trashed.

Well I am spoiled for even good seafood in SWFL. I only went here because of a BOGO coupon and for another stop. (10 miles from the Coma) I got 2 piece fish , 3 piece chicken, coleslaw and corn. Hushpuppies were tasty.
The corn was actually the best tasting item of the group. Coleslaw eehhh. The fish,fried to a golden brown, no real flavor dried inside. Same thing with the chicken. The tartar sauce and cocktail sauce was just plain nasty
The staff was a good crew, nice helpful friendly.
It is not their fault they have bad recipes.
But why the public accepts this stuff. oh yeah they are idiots and do not good food.
