BOMB’s Flavors and Favorites
Well…lets just say, having multiple locations, means OUR FAVORITE SPOT IN MBSC, gets plenty of our attention…after driving 1000 miles, and knowing that we will have to test how good they do it, in ANOTHER location.
Yes! They did it! Ehat has kept me coming here since I arrived in 1992 (literally on the base where this Don’s is now located), is now a place that also guves us an option, to not fight the summer Beach madness. AND MAN are we happy, that the things that nade us love it, are prepared, served and flavored with all that makes it a MUST VISIT, for all whom weve sent there…and, THEY ARE NOW OF FANS OF.
The menu is oretty diverse, with expertly prepared seafood, burgers, barfoods….and AWESOME DRINKS. My biggest issue…is to minimize the SHELLFISH, to take in 8ne of the best burgers, to which I am a self proclaimed BURGEROLIGIST! As well, the other choices and kids fare, will serve the whole family.
Hats off for making this even more accessible. Im sure the ones who know, are well aware of what they will be in reciept of. It has never failed us, to add to the fans of double Ds. No matter whom we introduce them to.
The Oysters Rockefeller, the mussells, the raw goods and so much more, are always a go-to. But, dont forget that at happy our, a bunch of great options, are half priced…making ut an even easier way, to get some take out, for later.

We travel with our small dog and they allowed us to sit on their patio August 12th, 2025! My husband and I ordered the same thing 10oz ribeye except I got mine with shrimp and potatoes. The food was very good and I only gave 4 star because the seasoning was very heavily sprinkled across all the food including the steak, it honestly was a tad to much. You can even see it on the plate in pictures I have included. The shrimp was tender but also to much seasoning, I dipped in a sauce to offset the spicy. The steak however did melt in your mouth and was cooked perfect to order. I used A-1 and it balanced out the seasoning on the steak but I couldn’t eat the potatoes from the seasoning, I did take them to go but ended up not eating them. Staff was super friendly, food did come out fast and hot. It was a very enjoyable evening! I’d return but only if I could request less seasoning. (My pallet is sensitive but my husband said his was even overwhelmed with it. Benefit of the doubt, it could have been a fluke and to much by accident also.)

This was such a disappointment!! The trio oyster plate was awful! I don’t want to say too much bc it was Sunday after the holidays. Our waitress and the Bartender were amazing and were so wonderful that it was so hard to post a negative review. This is a picture of oyster Rockefeller. Looks like an egg over easy with burnt bacon bits.

Paid $150 for a “Cajun butter” seafood boil that came out like seasoned water. Sauce was completely diluted, zero flavor, crab legs swimming in boil liquid instead of butter. Looked generous, tasted lazy. This is tourist-trap seafood at premium prices. Not worth it.

Our server Autumn was amazing! She was very friendly and considerate. Best service we have ever received while dining! She went above and beyond for us. Those lobster nachos were fantastic as well. We will definitely be back and will be recommending Dirty Don’s at Market Common to our friends and family. Thank you so much for helping to make our family outing so special.

Went on a Saturday afternoon, and we loved that it wasn’t overcrowded. The bartender was awesome, super friendly. We got the Bloody Mary seafood bouquet, and hear me out, it was $60, but the Bloody Mary is a double (you can share!) and the food was enough for both of us. When compared to the price of a regular Bloody Mary and if you were to order the items individually, it’s actually a pretty good deal. And most importantly, delicious. We will return!

Came in with my 2 daughters for lunch. We had the lobster roll, fried shrimp, and steak. Everything was cooked to order and came out super fast. The food was great and we ate every bite. Robyn was our server and Danny was cooking. Robyn and Danny both couldn’t have been nicer. It was a special day for me to be able to have a meal with 2 young ladies that mean the world to their dad and don’t get to see each other as much as we would like. Thank you to both Robyn and Danny for making it the perfect lunch. It couldn’t have gone any better.

Dirty Don’s has a few locations and I’ve been to them all. This place has a great atmosphere since they took over the old brass tap restaurant. The Old bay wings are excellent. Is there better seafood places sure. But this ones consistent.

We got a to go order, while the food was good, the portions were not as advertised only 6 oysters in the fried oyster appetizer. My granddaughters Philly Cheese steak sandwich and the shrimp tacos were good, they were not busy, took a while for the order to come up and then for it to get to us. Overall disappointed, I know that it could be better I have eaten there before. With Dirty Dons it is a hit and miss!

First, our server was delightful!
We came in for the happy hour which was 4 to 6 PM. They’ve changed it a little bit. Now several of the items are a dozen for $10. We received a dozen boneless wings for $10 and a dozen crawfish for $10 and a dozen clams. And I have to say, the wings and the clams were a little underwhelming. The wings were a bit dry. The clams were served in a bit of a garlic butter sauce but didn’t really seem to have a lot of flair or flavor. The crawfish were very good, though we had the opposite problem there in that I would have liked the dish to have less sauce, because the crawfish were perfectly cooked and delicious. It was a cajun sauce that could’ve been halved to let the crawfish shine a bit more. So overall I would rate the food as a three out of five.
But, this is the best painkiller on the beach. Wonderful drink! And like I said, the server was so friendly and really very attentive. So overall we are giving the place a four. Not sure that we would be back just to try the happy hour specials, but the rest of the menu looked pretty enticing.
