It’s unfortunate that you order takeout and open it after you leave and it looks like this. 4 large sandwichs ordered, all over cooked, and 1 was also the wrong sandwich. They should have been tossed, not served to a customer. Do better.

Went in with my son sometime in the evening ordered his food. I got a tuna and about two hours after I ate it my stomach hurt so bad and I am still up throwing up and nauseous. Check the tuna I don’t think it’s good.

Both bathrooms were “Out of order” (aka, we just don’t wanna have to clean them later). If you have kids (like I do) or even if youre someone with a small bladder, this is simply a dealbreaker.
Listen, ANY food establishment with a dining room/tables etc that purposely closes their bathrooms purely due to laziness, deserves to get absolutely trashed review wise. Unacceptable and an absolute embarrassment for the management team and ownership group.

Order online and came to pick it up they said my transaction is pending not going to go through I said they took it out of my account they avoid me and so I ordered it again paid for for it than he came to me and said hey we got ur online order I said can I get a refunded than seeing how I paid again he than told me no . To connect chat service I did and some guy name Tim said to go to the store. Top it off I wanted medium sandwiches and got small sandwiches so I paid close to 60 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries.

They don’t make your food the way you ask and my sandwich was horrible I ended up throwing it in the trash it had discolored lettuce that was a brownish color on there the meat wasn’t cooked through and my mushrooms were mushy not fried hard the way I asked and the pizza bites was old tasting. This was the first time I ordered from there and I will never return just the worst experience I’ve ever had from a Mr.Hero’s.

This is RATED a 1 star ONLY because 0 IS NOT an OPTION!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER EVER GO HERE!! Literally the smallest cheesesteak sandwich I’ve ever had. Cashier tried to charge $50.36 for 2 meals! Then had enough nerve to get an attitude because he rang up a bunch of stuff no one ordered and then he tried not giving us our cups for drinks! After fixing my order it went down to $30! It was an all around waste of time, money and patience!! Take my word for it PICK SOMETHING OR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
