I was having extra anxiety for some reason to the point where I almost placed a mobile pick up order while parked in the parking lot.
Decided to just order through the drive thru & the entire experience from start to finish completely eased my nerves.
The positive & genuine attitude makes me want to ask, can we be friends?
Other than that the food was great lol
Ordered the meal of misfortune, very good value for $10! I’d suggest going with the chocolate version of the frosty

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. We were ignored by the entire staff. They knew we were there because a few of them made eye contact with us while we were standing there. The worst part was the food we received. My chicken sandwich was probably sitting there all day because it was hard and my wife’s burger was raw ! Not sure if this was racially motivated or not but we will surely never go to this Wendy’s again.

Clean, good service, hot food, freestyle pop machine and outdoor seating. This is a great place to pop in for a quick meal. We’ve never had an issue at all here and appreciate the modern dining room. The parking lot is easy in and out as well. The dining room is never full but the drive thru fills up quick. Luckily they seem to handle that quickly every time as well.

Don’t ask people if they want sauce if you’re not going to give it to them. Twice that’s happened now. Whoever works the front desk is also slightly rude and god forbid he has to take something off the order, he might have to redo it.

No one answers the phone and voice message doesn’t say Wendy’s.
The manager was talking bad about customers to an employee. Just another bad experience .

I was soooo damn hungry, so I got the double Dav specialty burger.. so hungry. And after 1 bite I could not eat anymore. It was so bad, the burger tasted like some sort of flavorless boiled sponge of meat. Fries were fine, service at the drive through was fine. But I am scarred by this experience and probably will never eat Wendy’s again. Waste of $16

TERRIBLE Chix sandwich AND COLD nuggets. I have to say when I saw a Wendy’s was being built in St. John I was not happy because Wendy’s is notorious for terrible quality and they did not fail me. This is our first (and last) time going there.

Drive Thru employee was very rude. I stated I was charged 3 drinks instead of 2 and he said NO you ordered 3. I was like no, I need one removed and he just looked at me like… asked for a manager and he took care of it. Park in the parking lot to eat and find my nuggets cold and soggy. Driving 18hrs from TX this was very disappointing. I didn’t even bother to go back in and ask for fresh nuggets or a refund. Drove down the street, found a Chipotle and had way better service and meal before heading back on the road.
