The pizza was tasty, but the Family Size was really disappointing. A couple of inches around the entire edge had no toppings at all. It felt like I paid for a larger pizza, but got the same amount of toppings as a smaller one. Not worth the price.

Called a day ahead to order, two pumpkin large and garlic knots. It was supposed to be ready at 4:25 PM on Halloween day. When we got there, we could not find our order nor could we get help because it was so busy and so unorganized. Once we were able to get someone to help us, they gave us two pizzas and then told us they were out of garlic knots. They were going to refund the money for the garlic knots and let me leave with the pizzas. I said no you don’t refund me because I haven’t paid for the order yet. This Papa Murphy’s is unorganized and poorly managed.

Delicious pizza and staff is friendly!
However, our pizzas are seldom ready when promised and have been incorrect 4/5 times. Totally understandable to have some missing toppings, the wrong pizza, or a piece of meat here and there on our vegetarian pizzas, but I do think we will be trying the Rogers, MN location next time.

Historically it’s been a decent fast-ish paced experience. The last two times have left a lot to be desired. Tonight’s shenanigans were our seven unanswered phone calls to the store between 4:30 and 6pm. When we drove in to order pizzas the staff seemed overworked and incredibly unfriendly (benefit of the doubt: they were unfriendly because they were overworked teenagers). They said they didn’t answer the phone because they didn’t have the staff to do so and that it’d be a 40 minute wait. With an 8-week-old at home it’d have been nice to have waited the 40 minutes at home. We didn’t end up getting pizza.

I went on Tuesday when it’s supposed to be $10.99 on larges and have been charged full price twice for my order. Every time I mentioned that I didn’t get the discount the person just stared at me. The pizza is always relatively good but the store is very messy.

Ordered original crust, this is pretty darn thin. Also had to stand there for five minutes and watch them fill a cup with sauce for a kids pizza. With five people waiting, there was no sense of urgency. Neither I nor the other two customers who came in were greeted.

The Albertville location is conveniently located, the place is clean and when you order through the app your pizza is usually waiting for you when you arrive. The ingredients are always fresh. Crust is yummy.

Hey Papa Murphys management – the kid behind the counter taking orders can hardly speak. When I ask him to repeat himself he seems frustrated, as he got quite surly. There is a lot of mumbling and slurring, but I know it’s English. This is a defect his parents and teachers should have corrected, but it may be too late. Could you send him to a communication class where he learns to enunciate and speak clearly? Maybe also talk to him about his manners with customers. Food was great, service not so much. This happens with this guy every time we come in.

I ordered a pizza “they” asked me to do a Large size cause it was almost closing time which I didn’t realize at the time when I was there so I did just that. I asked for the Stuffed 5 Meat and I asked both the employees that were there if I could add Pineapple to my pizza “No Problem” is what I was told. I get home at 8:02pm and realize they forgot the Pineapple so I called and the response I received on the phone was “what does the receipt say” and because the receipt didn’t have Pineapple on it the person on the phone says “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do because we are closed now” AND THEN JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Is this how YOUR EMPLOYEES treat ALL your customers???
