My public entity held an event last week and we had food catered from this location. Angie went above and beyond our expectations, making the experience incredibly seamless. Regular Subway. Not bad at all. Not all menu items are available. Not sure why they won’t take coupons during week days. Due to it I won’t be back. You took them before. You would take them on my app. You have one outstanding employee. She used to work nights. Older woman. Not the kid I encountered last night. He was glad I left, I was ordering 6 sandwiches. All he said was “to bad huh”. My family does this 2 times a month. We will cross town next time.

I have had a good experience when going inside to order but on pick up orders my sandwiches and wraps have been skimpy. If I could share a picture I would. The last wrap I ordered was not in a wrap it was flat bread. (Maybe they were out but should’ve asked if I wanted flat bread when I came in to pick it up) There were 5 pieces or spinach, green peppers and onions then the turkey was like a few pieces. It was missing a few other veggies. There was so much bread compared to sandwich that I took it out of the flat bread and put it all into a taco sized tortilla (not their sized shells) that I had at home and I wrapped the shell around it all twice. There’s wasn’t much of anything on the sandwich. On a positive note they did make fresh cookie’s since they were out and my daughter didn’t want any of the others. Note: my order was placed on their app for pickup, I didn’t inspect everything before I left bc life is busy and there’s no number to call to complain.

I pick up food here regularly when I have a coupon or a coupon code, which is much of the time. It’s too expensive otherwise. It’s close to where I work. The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I usually order online. They never make a mistake on my order. Some of the staff know me by name when I approach the counter. I love the fresh food and lots of veggies!
