Experience 2 – They were open late for a friend of mine and me to hang out and shoot the breeze after rock climbing. Emily was great and took care of us. The parmesan chicken tenders were fantastic and exactly what I needed. It came out with cups of ketchup and ranch, but I’m sure there are other options if that’s not your thing. The fries were seasoned well.
Experience 1 – Hung out with a friend, played pool, and then all memory ceased for a day when I got my chicken sandwich. It says the “largest breast in town” on the menu, and my buddy saw it in a previous visit and tried to tell me how big it was, but I wasn’t expecting this. If you haven’t been here and ordered their buffalo chicken sandwich, you should go get one just to see how big this thing is in real life. It almost doesn’t make sense. I want to see the size of the chicken that came off. See my hand for reference.

It was an enjoyable restaurant highly recommended the home made banana pudding best i have had. Like the Harley style motorcycle art there i should have taken more photos. The fries were good and so where the potatoes ohI got. Not to be mean my mom got the ribs they were ok but the flavor was only skin deep sadly not soaked to the bone. My pasta dish was really good should have gotten a photo of it’s name. I definitely plan to go back.

Over all I was quite pleased with our lunch at Iron Thunder. The place is spacious with plenty of parking. The motif is basic yuppie style” biker bar & grill. Out waitress was friendly and had a great sense of humor. There were 6 of us in our group and all had different meals. The meals were large and filling. Most everything tasted real good. Nothing fancy or overly creative. However some of the menu item names were hilarious We left happy and full. Cheers

I frequent this restaurant every Monday for wing night and I know the staff well enough that they know exactly what I order. However while I love Rebecca and Taylor are awesome at their jobs I have to say that the manager Eric is far less professional and really could care less about his customers. We literally asked for him to come talk to us multiple times and he sent a message back to us that he was not coming because he was too busy. I’m sorry but that is not in the best interest of the company brand nor the retention of good and faithful customers. We literally wanted to talk to him to tell him what a wonderful wait staff we had and he was too busy to allow us that opportunity. I believe we will rethink our loyalty to this place.

Excellent food in a biker bar setting. We were visiting the Monroe NC area and wanted a late dinner without having to settle for fast food. Family friendly and pricing is very reasonable.Looked at the menu and we were PLEASANTLY surprised. Visited twice while we were there and the food was spot on both times. Excellent Reuben, Quesadillas, wings, etc.

I visited Iron Thunder today and unfortunately experienced some of the worst service I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, everything was slow and inattentive. It took a long time just to get menus, and even longer for our server to take our drink orders. The drinks themselves also took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive.
Our server — a woman with black hair and tan skin — did not check on us at any point during the meal. When the food finally came out, I was the only person at the table whose entrée was completely missing, and because she never checked on us, I had no opportunity to let her know. Everyone else finished their food before she finally came back to the table, and only then was I able to tell her that my meal had never arrived.
By that time, my drink was gone as well, since I assumed she remembered I was waiting on my entrée. But with no check-ins and no communication, I was left sitting there with nothing.
There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to correct the mistake. The level of inattentiveness was honestly shocking. Today was the first time I have ever left a zero-dollar tip, but the service was so lacking that I couldn’t justify leaving one.
Dining out should feel welcoming and attentive, but this experience was careless and unprofessional from start to finish. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because at this point, I cannot recommend this location.

Ordered take out from here. Me and my daughter got the grilled chicken Caesar salad and my son got the fried chicken sandwich. Can I just say the food was amazing? I even ate some of my sons HUGE chicken sandwich. It had to be the best fried chicken I’ve ever had.

My brother-in-law took us to Iron Thunder this was our first time trying it and I have to say me and my wife both Shirley enjoyed the food the atmosphere and just the way it was set up my wife had chicken parmesan and a pretzel which was extremely large and extremely good I had crab cakes and some wings have to say it was pretty doggone good even though I do have to admit I felt that the crab cakes was just a little bit salty but it was okay are waiter a server was very friendly she was very attentive to us and she just had a good disposition about her for a biker bar I enjoyed the food I enjoyed our server I enjoyed just spending time with the family is a family environment even though it’s a biker bar I would recommend it and I would come back to it when I’m in the area again!

I love this place we order once or twice month . We live by the banana pudding! We have never complained until now . Where for $9 on uber eats was-fine…our order we just now received had half cup where we Normally get a full cup! This is ridiculous! To take away over half the portion away For the same amount! Dont get stingy!! When we have been great supporters!! If you are gonna down the amount we get then down the price on uber eats !! What a joke !! It is obvious that some was put in both cups and taken back out !! If you are running out just let us know and maybe we would have ordered something else !! We know how much you all normally give !! This is totally ridiculous!! I will keep posting bad reviews! We work hard for our money and this is a weekend treat for us !! Laugh if you want but it is the truth! Some don’t get to go on vacation etc !! This is our happy place of enjoyment! So thank you for screwing us !

We love Iron Thunder Monroe. Food is always great service always amazing the entire wait staff is super. Biggest thing you need to do is add lighting to your parking lot and just my opinion but I think you should promote more. You have a local radio station in Monroe that the host eats your food at least twice a week ask about him giving you props on the air your business would triple.
