I had a great experience at Cocobowlz! I ordered the build your own bowl and everything was super fresh and tasted amazing. The portions were perfect and I loved being able to customize it exactly how I wanted.

The worker was really nice and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A great addition to Five Forks. The staff is friendly and makes orders fast. The choices are like the other locations with acai bowls and smoothies. The fruit was fresh and delicious and acai was cold with nice toppings of granola and Nutella. There are about 5 tables with two chairs each outside since the inside is small with a small queue.

We were greeted by the sweetest worker in the world. It was our first time there, and she never rushed us at all. She gave great suggestions and we loved what we ended up with. I can’t imagine her fitting anything else in the bowl, it was absolutely as full as it could be. It was wonderful, and my daughter and I will definitely go back!

Placed an order like 20 minutes ago, walk in when it said it was gonna be ready and the girl upfront was like “the order that we just now placed” nope i saw my receipt just sitting there untouched in the empty store then had to wait for my order, if I wanted it to be made when I got to the store, I would’ve waited to place the order. That’s why I use online service. And the snobby attitude of the lady was uncalled for as well since there was nobody else in the store

Great product but terrible computer system. Every time we’ve ever used a different debit/credit card to pay for our order, it creates a new account for my phone number, so I now have numerous “accounts” and no one seems to be able to correct this at the store(s) and there’s no customer service number to call either, so that we can earn and subsequently redeem rewards. Something so simple yet poor in terms of customer relations. With so many acai options these days, we’ll try some others.

I went to Coco Bowls this morning to grab a smoothie for a friend and honestly had a pretty bad experience. The girl working was on a personal phone call the entire time she made my smoothie, which took about 15 minutes. There was no music playing, so I could hear her whole conversation, and it just felt really unprofessional and awkward. Not sure who manages this place, but I think the customer experience could definitely be better.

I was going here to order smoothies multiple times a week. NO MORE. I just placed an order on the app. and somehow my order went to Duncan. I’ve never been to the Duncan cococowlz! I walked into the five forks location where I order ALL THE TIME and explained what happened. They said they couldn’t do anything, and if I wanted something I would have to order there. $17 for a smoothie?! No. Fix your app. and your customer service!

Headed to the new five forks location after having a craving for a bowl and wanting my husband to try one.
We were immediately greeted by a lovely, sweet young lady with long dark hair. Loved over the menu but still wanted a few recommendations, which she gladly provided, and she was right! Everything was excellent!
Even though she was the only employee there, she made our bowls to order, fast, while taking care of other customers and to go orders.
My Jenny Bowl and husband’s Nutella Coconut bowl were delicious, fresh, beautiful fruit, beautiful presentation. We’ll be back soon!

I paid for extra granola and nutella on my bowl and did not get any extra. The fruit didn’t look or taste fresh . Disappointed. This was like a $20 bowl. For that price I want to be happy. When it was at the old location I went in all the time and the quality and accuracy was spot on.

Asked for a bowl with the fruits kiwi, banana, and pineapple but I did not get the pineapple that I asked for even though they repeated the order to me with the pineapple said in my order. It’s still a very good place to eat but needs more staff and better service. Do recommend but make sure to check your order before leaving.
