I’ve ordered twice through Uber eats. Chicken was refried both times! There’s no way the meat should be harder than the crust. Dried out, with no flavor. Makes no sense to spend $30 on a delivery, and have to throw the food away! They don’t follow instructions on the order either, but will print out a receipt with the information and tape it to the bag! So I guess you didn’t read it? Why have a way to send special instructions, but not pay attention to it? Never again!

Not the best churches experience I’ve ever had, I believe the chicken was not battered like churches normally does it was a little dry and not flavorful Specially after paying an up charge to get a three-piece with a breast and two legs, and also an up charge for an Okra as it is a special site item. The staff is having issues with being attentive to its customers and the store just went through a remodel, but it does not look like it has been remodeled very much. there are better choices to eat in this area.

They had me pull down only to get home and see they literally fried the meat out of my chicken. My daughter chicken sandwich was hard as well.. Nothing but skin.the chicken looked old..i didn’t even bother going back up there or calling. I think this is my last visit.

After 15min in the drive through I appreciated still getting the macaroni since they’ve run out of containers but I thought it was my drink ♀️ They always say check your order but I saw 2 sandwiches a drink and thought the macaroni was under them oh well. No soda but I didn’t need it anyway and she didnt charge. I get home there’s no bacon on the sandwich but a lot of mayo and one was no mayo. Maybe the bacon was supposed to be bacon pieces but that’s missing too. I call back the young lady says just come back but come in and bring the sandwiches okay. I get there and they take my sandwiches out and put bacon on them. Mam why did you need my sandwiches when you could have just given me bacon if that’s what you were going to do. This is the thinnest bacon ever. What I got versus what I thought I was getting. Last pic is from the churches website.

Went to get food and was told wait time is 20 min. Decided to wait for chicken and was told to hold on. 10min later still has not taken order. Tried to get their attention and was told to hold on again. Place had 1 customer in lobby. Don’t go here if you trying to get food. Go to the one on 3rd ave.

Went here waited forever only to be told they didn’t have items that I wanted, others orders was messed up, they was waiting over 15min just to be acknowledged about they situation. Chicken tenders looked like they been there all day…Will not be going there anymore

Just awful. Rude staff, acted like they were mad because they were at work and had to actually do something. I bought an extra biscuit, they were tiny and one looked as if it had been bitten off of and the other had a piece of someone’s weave on it! I’ve never been to a Church’s Chicken before and received cold mashed potatoes until today. And lastly, 3 of my 5 chicken tenders looked as if someone had literally taken bites off of them. $20 down the drain! I didn’t dare complain because then who knows what would’ve happened to my food! It’s in the garbage can now so I’m out a meal and $20! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
