Under new management or ownership? The woman at the window didn’t greet me or speak to me at all and was clearly annoyed with my drink order taking time to make. Usually I’m greeted and receive warm customer service. Drink was very good.

This is one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve visited in a while. The manager/owner is an angel. He is very professional, kind and courteous. Each time I’ve visited and the owner, polite staff and great customer service always made my day and got me off on the right start. I enjoy coming to this Dunkin’. The in store service is just as spectacular as the drive thru service. The staff was very courteous to myself and also my 8 year old child. The manager even stopped to take time out from his busy store to check on our eat in service and converse with us.

Edit: I wanted to add that I continue to get coffee here and the manager and staff are exceptional, with their warmth and overall customer service. Yesterday, they honored a digital coupon they didn’t need to honor, just to ensure that we were satisfied with the service. 5 stars. My favorite location. Best pup cups of any location in the area, also.
My bf and I love this location. They are extra friendly and give the best pup cups of any location, for our puppy. The coffee always tastes great too. 5 stars, and we’ll be happy to return.

Stopped by Dunkin’ for a coffee, breakfast wraps, and left feeling like a VIP. The service was shockingly good. Fast, friendly, and they didn’t judge me for ordering enough food for a small family. Coffee hit the spot, donuts did their job… and so did my sugar crash an hour later. Would happily caffeinate here again!

Had the best Dunkin eat in experience I have ever had. Wish I would have asked, but think he was the owner or manager, was very attentive to make sure we received our order, and that everything was correct. Also, the gentleman was very friendly and made our kids (and adults) feel very welcome with nice conversation and hospitality.

Unfortunately this is the dunkin closest to my job which I frequent in the mornings. The morning staff is always either forgetting my items or mixing them up with others orders. The employee, chelo, is always extremely rude about it as if I’m inconveniencing her, at her own work place. Dunkin hire nicer staff!
