Wife and I came for breakfast during the week, we had a really nice experience. I can’t say enough about our server, Sean, he was super attentive and professional. The atmosphere is modern with music playing but low enough to not interrupt a conversation. My wife really enjoyed her green chile omelet, I thought my burrito was bland but the salsa was good. The pancakes were not traditional, they were really thick and had a vanilla flavor, they were really good!

We had a delightful brunch on New Years at Neighbor. Our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
We started with cocktails: carajillo, mimosas, and Bloody Mary. Each drink carefully crafted and refreshing. The Bloody Mary came with these awesome feta-stuffed olives.

I highly recommend the table cinnamon roll. There were five of us, and we couldn’t finish it!

There were vegetarian options across both the breakfast and lunch menus. I had the Green Chile omelet, which was light, fluffy and packed with sautéed chiles. Also at the table were the arracherra and eggs and salmon tostada. I’ve gotta mention the incredible salsas and sauces: get the salsa roja, it’s a journey!

The ambiance is close and comfy with lots of natural light and spacious tables. Parking is difficult, but worth it.

Total vibes from the moment you walk in. ✨ The space is modern, cozy, and just the kind of spot you want to linger in for brunch with friends. The aesthetic is so well done — think warm lighting, clean design, and that easy, relaxed energy that makes you want to order “just one more latte.”

We went for brunch, and it did not disappoint. My grain bowl was fresh and flavorful, and they’ve got solid vegan options (which I really appreciate). I had a lavender latte that was honestly the bomb — perfectly balanced and beautifully served.

Service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive without hovering. I’ve heard they do live music at night now, which totally fits the vibe — it’s that kind of place that transitions seamlessly from morning chill to evening hangout.

Definitely one of those spots that nails the atmosphere and the food. ☕️

I think this restaurant is the best thing that has happened to this building! The food was superb The menu is exactly what you crave for brunch—definitely a huge upgrade!
The service was also 10/10. Our server, Fenix, was incredibly nice and kind. I loved the attention to detail and how he went out of his way to speak Spanish to my mom .
I had the Avocado Toast Benedicts, and the hollandaise sauce was on point, with the eggs perfectly poached (something many restaurants get wrong). My mom had the Poblano Omelet, and once again, the eggs were cooked to perfection.
If you’re hungry and craving a great brunch, don’t hesitate—make a stop here! Props to the chef and the entire staff!

Definitely a great option if you are looking for something different compared to the typical Mexican food and village inn vibes. That said, we were a bit mixed on the food. I got the creme brulé French toast, and it did not hit for me. Bread was difficult to separate to bite sized pieces, and I personally felt there was just too much going on. Husband got the bodega and said it was excellent. I also got a Chai Latte, but it wasn’t anything to write home about, and I certainly don’t think the one glass was worth $6.
Service was great. The waiter was polite and attentive. We went on a weekday morning around 8:00 and were able to be seated right away.
The location is designed to let a lot of sun light in, and we had to ask to be seated near the back so we wouldn’t be blinded while trying to enjoy our meal. It’s the fall, so the sun didn’t make it too warm, but not sure how it handles in the warmer season. Lots of small tables and a bar, so designed more for smaller parties.
Overall, while definitely nice as something different and new, there wasn’t a lot going on here that particularly made me say, “I need to make plans to come back.”

We had a great experience at Neighbor Good Kitchen and Bar! The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the place itself is really cute with a warm, welcoming vibe. The only downside was that toward the end of our visit, the music was turned up really loud, which made it a bit hard to enjoy the atmosphere and led us to leave a little sooner than planned. Overall, though, it’s a spot I’d still recommend and would visit again!

Our server was phoenix and he was hands down the best server. Ask for him if you are wanting someone that knows the menu well and gives a spectacular dining experience.
Food was amazing and accommodating to vegan options. I will be returning next time we are in town!

I’m glad we arrived before the late morning crowd (got here about 9 am on a Saturday). The place is very clean and welcoming. Waitress we had was friendly and helpful in suggesting drinks and food. I had the breakfast chilaquiles with steak on top—absolutely amazing but a bit spicy for me. the drink menu had a lot of tasty and unique options. The Pom margarita was my favorite though. The menu had a lot of options so I’m excited to come back and try more of the dishes. Hope this place stays open for my next visit here.
