If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 3 subs all of them #15 titan turkey so should have double meat. These sandwiches literally came with one piece of meat!!! I called and talked to the manager and he said he would give me 50% off my next order. NO THANK YOU. Will not be coming here again and I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Man working night at around 7p.m. on Tuesday 1/13/2026 was very disrespectful, seems to hate his job. Puts toppings on sandwich then proceeds to let all the toppings fly out of the sandwich when he wraps it. This subways takes no pride in who they hire and takes no accountability with them or the products they put out. Horrible service, atmosphere and all other aspects.

The attendant at this location is one of the coolest guys I’ve ever seen. I don’t know his name, but he was working on August 20th at 11:45am. My kid dropped a drink and this guy was so patient and kind while cleaning the mess that made me rethink my whole attitude as a father. One of the kindest souls I’ve met. Great costumer service.

Overcharged and Disappointed – Will Not Return
I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. Not only did they try to overcharge me for my order, but they also automatically added a tip without mentioning it. I didn’t realize it at the time, and now I’m frustrated with myself for not catching it sooner. A tip shouldn’t have been added in the first place, especially for such poor service. I caught the overcharge, so I’m left wondering if they thought they’d make it up in another way?
To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. The workers were moving at a snail’s pace and didn’t seem to know what they were doing, which made the whole process even more frustrating. There were no other customers, so I really can’t understand why it took so long.
I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.

Terrible. For the price, you can get a better sub from anywhere else, really. They also don’t accept coupons like every other subway does (nice job taking advantage of the working class), the service was beyond slow, and my sandwich was drenched in sauce making it soggy and inedible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Go anywhere else but subway. It’s a rip-off and terrible food and service.

I spent 2k of my points on the app to get $10 off an order last week. My meatball sub was over toasted. Half the bread was a solid rock and inedible. The middle aged dude behind the counter when I got there was on his phone with an ear piece chatting away.
I have had an issue with this place before but I thought it was just a bad night or whatever for who was on shift. Nope, I was wrong. Its a clean store but unless you are there in person DO NOT order through the app and expect it to be done correctly. You have to be there watching them like kids.

If I could give this place zero stars that would be ideal for one they never honor any of the deals currently going on on the nationwide campaign so that means they never have a sub of the day. You can never use your app and use your coupons very greedy franchisees here. Most importantly, the customer service and cleanliness of the employees need To be addressed workers, don’t change gloves or wash hands sometimes don’t even acknowledge you or say hello. When you walk in most of the time the workers just seemed annoyed that you’re there bothering their free time. Will be traveling multiple miles to avoid this subway to get to a better one.

Pros: Restaurant is very clean in general and looks nice. Good volume background music with some ads.
Cons: It seems the employees just don’t enjoy their job, and that manifests in everything else. They seem totally uninterested and are hard to communicate with. In a DIY sandwich shop, that leads to some difficulty. I haven’t seen anyone (myself included) be asked what type of bread they would like, for example.
