The young lady who helped serve us today had the attitude that she didn’t want to be there. Very curt and rude. Then when paying the young man overcharged us and acted like it was our fault when trying to straighten it out. Good was good but service definitely needs some work.

We ordered 2 foot longs. Through door dandy. Turkey and a #23 Italian when we got our sandwich’s they had everything right accept the bread and they put the turkey on the Italian sandwich and the Italian meat on the turkey sandwich. Tried calling 3 times and no answer.

Food lettuce was wilted brown . Pickles was white and not green way wrong . Olives were falling apart rotting like they had been frozen for 5 years . Onions were wrong for a sandwich tasted like they been sitting out for a week . Bread was terrible and way to small for the old subway sandwich. I believe that the meat had food coloring it and was old . Worse place I have ever eaten in years and I was sick all day long from it . Yes I am angry at them and they need closed down . They definitely need investigated by the food administration. Two 12 inch sandwiches that should have been thrown in the trash . Can’t sleep because of that nasty food I ate yesterday at 12:30 . I don’t recommend anyone eating that garbage in subway at Fort Scott Kansas. It is not even recommended to feed wild Pigs . Not healthy.

This place had one person on Friday at 5:10 pm (dinner time for people leaving work). I felt so bad for her as she had a line to the door and had to handle online orders, causing an even larger delay. They are understaffed. Great employee, bad situation as the owner really needs to have this place properly staffed.

Order a sub from there with online and picked it up, when i got home all that it had was the meat and bread, nothing else that was supposed to be. There was no one else in the store. It’s not hard to read an order and make it right when you have nothing else to do. Freaking worrhless

This location has racial tendencies. I went in began ordering my food simultaneously I here the female employee on the phone with a customer who was ordering 6 foot long subs, which I know because when she ended the call she stated “No he didn’t just call for 6 subs.” By this time my sub is prepared and being wrapped up I was told by the male employee he is not familiar with the cash register to cash me out. I waited 2-3 minutes at the register area to be cashed out. The manager began to prepare a white gentleman’s subs which turned out to be the person who had just called in the order for the 6 subs. I then asked can I be cashed out? The male employee who completed my order then pointed to the female employee and said she has to ring you up. She continued to prepare the 6 subs while the other employees who are apparently is not cashier trained stood back and watched leaving me to stand at the register even longer. She then bagged up his food and converse with him. Blantly ignoring the fact that I have been standing here waiting to be cashed out. Never did she speak to me, not even to say I will be with you in a minute…..nothing. I simply walked out and left the food at the register. She then began to laugh as I walked out. Utterly disgusting behavior displayed by the management of company as large as Subway.

Though obvious the building has been refurbished, I can see in the bathroom has the best FRP work I have ever seen.
Whoever covered these bathroom walls, did it the way I wish I could.

Amazing expirience. Price seemed a little higher than usual but the beautiful woman making our sandwiches was an expert. Not only in sandwich artistry but in communication. Funny and fast. I like it. Food was delicious and the place was sparkly clean. No complaints from me ☺️
