Poorly English speaking, Hispanic sounding manager today on the phone is upset because she has to make a sandwich over again after they are selling burnt bacon out the door for a BLT. The entire sandwich was trash. The entire experience was trash and you had a manager who didn’t have a clue what she was doing. The sandwich should’ve been comped because I’m driving 4 miles back to their location in order for them to remake the sandwich over and yes, she offered nothing for my inconvenience. The least she could’ve did was comp the sandwich but instead she thought remaking the sandwich She was doing me a favor.

I am a Jersey Mike’s fan. I had a problem with getting my food. I got to jersey mike’s at 3:45 pm. I didn’t get out of there until 4:18. Somehow they lost my grill ticket so they didn’t fix my food until I asked when was my food going to be ready. When you have a customer in your restaurant and you see them for a while then you need to ask if they’ve been helped. Also for me when you have someone waiting for that length of time the least they could have done was offer a drink or cookie, something for my inconvenience. The food was very good, however, I will be using the app to order my food. The service was slow. When you are at that time you need to have four people working the front. They needed to have a person on the grill, one cutting meat, one putting on toppings, and a cashier. As I was there two people left. As a business, you need to know what your clientele will be. Yesterday you had 2 football games, and it was a Saturday afternoon that is when you schedule your staff, not have them leave before your rush time. A restaurant should know that Saturday from 2-5 is usually your rush hour time.
All in all, I will be back very soon.

I placed an online order for an Italian sub, for pick up. When I got home and opened it, it was on the wrong type of bread and had lettuce, pickles and banana peppers that I did not order. It was very sloppy too. I called to inform the restaurant and the phone must be off the hook because it’s been busy for 30 minutes. Waste of time and money.

I am a frequent customer of Jersey Mike’s and have always enjoyed my experiences at various locations. However, I recently visited this location and was disappointed with the level of service I received.
During my visit, I ordered a mini sub and requested an additional slice of meat. I was informed that there would be an extra charge, which I understand, but I could not find any signage in the store indicating this policy. When I asked the staff to show me where this information was posted, they were unable to do so and simply stated that it was “just the policy.” Additionally, the staff was not welcoming, and their response to my inquiry felt dismissive. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they began speaking in another language, which made the interaction feel even more unprofessional.
I believe that clear communication and customer service are essential, and this experience was disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I will no longer be visiting this location and cannot recommend it based on my experience. I hope this feedback helps improve service standards for future customers.

Within a couple minutes after placing my order I literally saw the staff mess up 3 folks orders that were before mine. They don’t seem managed well at all. My order was semi correct but the quality of the sandwich was subpar.

I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but this location service is horrible and I keep going back because of its convenient location but I do believe that tonight will be the last time. Tonight was bad 4 people left and I was still in there for 45 minutes, I believe that it may be a management issue but I do know that it’s getting worse. Employees have no respect for patrons time and that’s disheartening.
