I don’t like to leave bad reviews because they affect business, but in this case I feel like something needs to be done to improve or subway needs to just close this location. I was the only one in line and it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich. They were filling online orders before mine. I understand it being busy but it just begins there. The people working weren’t necessarily rude, but it was so obvious that they didn’t like working with each other that it made the whole situation unpleasant. They only had two bread options, white or wheat. I think this was quite possibly the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The only thing I can say positive at all is the food was edible. To say the least I doubt I’ll ever return to this location.

We were there at about 2 o’clock this afternoon. I didn’t get the names of the 2 young men that were working. One of them was definitely new and the other was helping him & very patient. They were both very nice, considerate and attentive. We got 2 foot long supreme meat subs and a cookie. It was all very good and definitely fresh. We have ordered from this location before and have never been disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Have only been here twice. First time was at least a 20 minute wait with only one person ahead of me. The guy acted as though he couldn’t even comprehend the basic requests the lady ahead of me was asking. The second time, I went at 6:30pm on a Tuesday (open til 9), all the food was still out. Stood there more than 5 minutes before a kid came from the back and said they were closed. I could see a memo from management posted that they were to be out front consistently between 5pm-7pm. Also noticed large clumps of dust stuck to the vents on the ceiling, blowing straight on food. Gross.

Ordered the California Turkey, when it came to one of the main ingredients of the sandwich (avocado) they lady (which whom was not very friendly) said they didn’t have any avocado, so I asked if they where going to discount my sandwich. Then the lady walks to the back and comes out with an avocado and asked if I would like it put in something since my sandwich was already wrapped. Poor customer service.

Only one employee working with a sign that said they’re short staffed. By the sounds of it, she came from another subway to fill in for the day. Lunch hour, maybe 5 people in the lobby. She seemed super stressed and made loud claims she was about to walk out. Otherwise her service was polite, just rushed. The gas station attendant had to come help make sandwiches. Props to him!

The girl that was working wasn’t very friendly you’re very helpful when I had a concern about the app the sandwich had hardly any meat on it, it was still good but I had more vegetables then I get meat or cheese and when you’re paying $11 for one sandwich you should definitely get what you pay for and I don’t feel like I did with the service or the food
