I can see why this place has such low ratings. I was riding my bike downtown today for exercise but my blood sugar got low so I stopped in to eat before it got dangerously low. Ordered a sub, drink and chips. Sat down to eat but she told me I couldn’t eat inside because they are closed.
I asked what time.
She said 3pm.
I looked at my watch it was 330pm.
There was a lady eating inside with no problem. So I go outside eat standing up because there was no place to sit. Turn around and saw the sign clearly says they close at 7.
I was outside till 4pm and people were still walking in.
So I asked her why she kicked me out if they close at 7?
She tried to say she was trying to kick out the other lady who was a black lady that works in the office. (I saw work badge)
And I’m mentioning race in case this was the issue.
I’m asian wearing workout gear. Clearly not homeless because I have clean name brand clothes on.
I was a paying customer n caused no problems so I see no reason for being kicked out.
Make this make sense.
I will not support their business ever again. This is nonsense.

Worst location i have ever seen it was two people working down there but they didn’t take my order for 15 minutes the guy over there was keep talking with lady standing in store for no reason I missed my bus due to him while the other worker was busy but the was really ignoring me

The food tasted like every other subway. The employees though at this subway need work. The “sandwich artist” was out front smoking when we arrived. She took her grand old time putting it out and insisted she’d be with us asap. I was disgusted to find out that she didn’t even wash her hands but instead just threw her gloves on. She hurried with our sandwiches and didn’t seem to actually listen as all 4 were wrong. Once we settled down to eat another gentleman came in to order. As seen in the picture he waited for 9 minutes. (The sandwich lady was behind the cookie case texting on her phone) The gentleman had to go up to the counter and ask her 3 times. She finally decided to help the poor guy and made his sandwich without any gloves on… Truly disgusted..

This place is lucky there’s so few options in the area. They act like the veggies are made of gold. I asked for extra spinach, and they grabbed lettuce. Then I got 3 leaves of spinach. I asked for more and got 1 more leaf. I asked for jalapeno, and they grabbed green peppers. I had to correct them, and then I got three jalapeno pieces. Asking for more got me 1 more. I got 4 slivers of onion, asking for more got me 2 more. The standard portions should be a reasonable amount. I shouldn’t have to say “more please” 3 times on each ingredient and still feel like I got shorted.

Subway is my favorite fast food restaurant. With that being said, I have been to many locations. The people that work here must be miserable as ever!!! The workers never smile or speak and I was JUST cashed out in complete silence. My only suggestion is: Find a new job because I should not have to experience your dismal demeanor. And it’s not like they are having a bad day, THIS is how they have been in the last 7 months that I have been coming. SMH And after reading all of your reviews, just SHUT DOWN because all of your customers seem to be unhappy. I won’t be back.

I placed an order on the app for a BOGO deal they were promoting. Two sandwiches exactly the same. When I arrived at the store the employee working said she never received my order. I showed her my app confirmation and had her look up my order number. She was no help. I ended up having her make my one sandwich and paying for it AGAIN. She would not honor the app BOGO deal. Very very poor customer service. When she tried to reach a manager she was unable.

Went here on Labor Day 2021. Lobby area was filthy. Many people were waiting in line.
One young girl from India was working completely by herself. She was obviously angry. She was yelling at customers and throwing things around.
Thank god I don’t have to live her pained miserable existence.
When I got to the counter to order, she had not changed gloves after handling the last customers money. How disgusting. I asked her to change gloves and she just stood there. I asked again and she finally changed gloves with an attitude.
Maybe being filthy is normal in her culture?
When I got to the vegetable section, it was BEYOND DISGUSTING. Black rotten lettuce in the bottom of a pan. Not brown. Black. Tomato’s were MOLDY.
How is this place still in business?
If you ever come to this subway, don’t walk away,

Our office order subs online went to get the order got back to the office only to see that our sandwiches had little to no items nothing but mostly bread , we figured it’s a Friday we will call them Monday. We called and the lady that answered said that’s our problem basically we were lying and refused to accommodate the situation. We have photos and all and she still called us lairs ! Do not order online especially if you are ordering for your business if you are not there have them make it correct it will not be made correctly and you will be blamed and called a liar
