I was driving from the airport at around 10:00 pm on a Sunday evening and not much was open for takeout. It had been forever since I had Domino’s, so I thought why not. I ordered online and arrived shortly thereafter. The employee immediately greeted me as I was the only order at the time. The pizza was made fast and to order. However, it’s still Domino’s Pizza, and it was tasteless and just not good. I forgot how bad Domino’s was.

I visit this Domino’s regularly and always have a great experience. I ordered online and picked up at store. The store is clean, and the staff are super fast and efficient, even when it’s busy. This time, I tried the Alfredo sauce thin crust and the new Parmesan stuffed crust—both were really tasty! Definitely coming back again.

100% INCOMPETENCE. I’d give below 1 star if I could. The manager, Brandon, refused to even cooperate with fixing a messed up order. I placed an online order for a half and half pizza, and received all toppings on one side of the pizza ALONG WITH pieces of chicken, which it was explained to them that my child is severely allergic and cannot even have a single slice of his birthday pizza. The manager’s solution was for me, a disabled woman, to WALK my incorrectly made pizza over a mile and a half back there so he can see the chicken that is contaminating the improperly made pizza. I told him I can send a photo and he literally assumed I meant to his personal phone (come on guy, really? Critical thinking is an important skill). When clarified Brandon, the manager, also claims they have no reporting system for incorrect orders, and claims he doesn’t know any of his supervisors’ names and has no way to contact anybody above him and no way to find out their names either, despite him saying that he isn’t the only manager and that there are others above him. He claims they are not given any employee/management/supervisor numbers, and have no instructions for even emergencies that occur at the restaurant.
When I called the first time, I got a very rude young woman, who told me it “isn’t her job” to give me the manager’s name or to make the order correctly. When nicely asked again, she pretended not to know any of the names of her management team, and when I pointed out that she must know who her manager is, she again said “that’s not my job to tell you” and hung up on me. On top of all of this, the pizza was hot when it arrived, but a reheated type of hot. The cheese was rock hard and old, even at the temperature it was.
Seriously, order pizza from anywhere else. Their food isn’t good enough to be spending money for improperly prepared items, food poisoning, rude/incompetent management and workers, and food contamination.

Food was good. Delivery driver (NESSA) was asked to knock and hit the door with a little tap one time not even a loud enough knock but I already knew she was coming and was by the door. Mind you this house has a downstairs and upstairs and wouldn’t have been able to hear that. I add tips after but she can kiss that $8 goodbye ↔️ DO BETTER and I bet if the tip showed you would have fully knocked. I’m a dasher I know how it is but I also tip after my food gets here.

Nobody ever picks up for this location my husband ordered a pizza tonight 12/27 food said it was delivered and NOTHING OR NOBODY has showed up & the store WILL NOT PICK UP . I have a camera right outside my back and front door at that . Delivery fee and tip were made.

Took close to 2 hours to get my pizza delivered mind you the driver was amazing she was very sweet & respectful. But by the time I got my pizza it was lukewarm. My kids will eat it but I won’t. Smh oh & they wouldn’t answer the phone. I sat on the phone for 11 minutes listening to it ring. Definitely won’t be ordering here again cus this not the 1st time either.

I get carry out here all the time and never have a problem! I usually get two large $7.99 carry out specials and they’re always ready in about 15 minutes. I also just tried the mango habanero wings and I think they were pretty good especially for the price ($7.99 for 10). I also like this location since parking in the evening is easy. Keep up the good work!
