I went to the 18st south location tonight right before close and I was so impressed! I ordered pickup and not only was it ready as soon as I got there, still warm, and not thrown together last minute because it was so late! It looked SO esthetically pleasing too compared to literally any subway ive been to also! The picture doesn’t do it justice! Thanks to the guys that made this for me!

Drive through self ordering machine is terrible. It takes several tries to get the choice to register on every screen. Then when I got my sandwich, there was nothing on it except meat and cheese.

I would have given it five stars except that I really really really do not like your new ordering system. It doesn’t give you the option to have onions on half and there’s nothing like going to the subway and seeing your sandwich built.
Instead I had to bang on the drive-thru window to make sure they didn’t put any onions on half due to an allergy
But the service was really good in the people were very nice and was a coupon it was very reasonably Christ.
And yes I could have come in but my dog was in the car and I know that dogs cannot come into restaurants and it was 98°
But the service was great!

Great experience, I was very impressed by one of the staff today. They were managing an order for a family of five when we came in, took our order (for two), took an order for drive through WHILE WORKING ON OUR SANDWICHES, and got it all right!
My sandwich almost had too much on it, but that’s because I loaded it with veggies today. The soup was great, and full. All around great experience.

I ordered a BLT on their drive thru menu which normally comes with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo typically… I don’t eat subway often maybe the first time in 4 years … I go and touched the extra bacon and completed my order. They literally gave me just bacon and bread… Horrible service. Employees are lazy and uncaring. If I could give zero stars I would. I remember why I haven’t ate there in 5 years now. Never again

The new app was confusing at first in how to run it. It made for a couple errors in our sandwiches which falls in not double checking. The app could use 2 changes that I’ve seen. Upgrading your drink in the meal and more of a selection of chips in the meal as well. Staff is super friendly and was great to help out. Thanks for being open!

Lines can get pretty far during lunch hour. I have only gone once since the auto order machine thingy has been in place. Seems like it can make things easier but we will see. Delicious subs.
