Ordered pick up. Drove thru, had to knock on the window to get their attention. Terrible customer service! Chicken was super dry and cold! Also the pieces we’re so tiny. I’ll never eat there again! (Kailua KFC). What a waste of my money.

Went to drive through at 11:20am (it says their open at 11) and was ignored for 10 mins so I went inside and they took soo long with my food. The cashier was giving me attitude and I ended up leaving with room temperature chicken and bread that crumbled as I ate it.

The reviews here are harsh but correct. I wrote a glowing review of a KFC in Seattle. This place is the opposite. 12 piece bucket consisting of 6 drumsticks 3 probable thighs and 3 strange unidentifiable pieces horribly cooked and battered. Doesn’t even taste or look like KFC. How can this place stay open? Turned off of this franchise and KFC for a long long long long time.

This KFC is extremely understaffed, but the employees are always so communicative about it. They do what they can, the food always tastes great, and they’re always apologetic for the wait. This afternoon (2/2/24), there was only one woman working but she ran the drive thru efficiently.
