I’m not sure why, but 9 times out of 10 it takes 20+ minutes for the drive thru to even take the order, and when you go inside you’re ignored for a while as well. I understand that it can be overwhelming but the wait times are ridiculous. The drinks are usually pretty good! I’ve been a regular since they first opened. Please just work on the wait times!!! God bless!

Riley is one I’ve dealt with probably the most and is very friendly and always making sure you have a good experience. Ordered a few things totaling up to $56 bucks and was charged twice. Didn’t make my nitro cold brew correctly AT ALL. Service was a joke except for the manager or supervisor. Overall the employees didn’t care about the customer, only about what topic of conversation was going to be next.

Food was great, the cashier seemed to have a problem. No greeting, even though I told her good morning , no response. Tried charging me for cream on the side. I will say this though other employees that were there told her not to charge me for the side of cream and the manager was very friendly and kind handing me the coffee.

Walked in, wasn’t acknowledged by a single employee. One girl walked past the register I was standing at 3 times and didn’t even look at me. They were busy and I understand it being overwhelming. But if they had at least said hello or they’d be with me I would’ve happily waited. Oh well. There’s a scooters right next door and they were great.

I don’t know why I keep coming to this Starbucks. I travel around the U.S. and they are the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I guess that I am okay with it since they are the only Starbucks in the area. I know which drinks to not order and I understand that they aren’t well-trained in customer service. I’ve even been in here when the staff had a shouting match (with cussing) with a disgruntled customer for a simple drink mishap. Every time I come in, I can find multiple things that would irk me as a manager. Definitely do not recommend unless there’s no where else to go.

Placed in person order, the young man at the counter was trying but having problems with the mobile reader. Waited 30 minutes for an in store order of one hot drink!!!!! When I ask the manager about it she was very rude! They were filling mobile orders that were not being picked up!!! After getting my order the manager placed it on the counter ignoring me all together. I believe in store orders should come first. I will NOT go back to the Liberal Kansas Starbucks again. They have lost my business totally!!!!
