Hands down THE WORST Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order and arrive at the store a little early. Employee said it would be 4 mins for my order to be ready. I ended up waiting over 20 mins. Get home to find that my wings don’t even look done. Then the fries felt like they pulled them from the fridge and I spent $1.99 on some blue cheese I never got. They decided to substitute it for some nasty honey mustard. I would never ever recommend this place.

A Flavorful Experience Cramped by Space
My recent visit to the newly opened Wingstop was a delicious adventure. The hot honey and lemon pepper wings were cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. And the Cajun corn on the cob? A must-try! It might just be some of the best restaurant corn I’ve ever had.
The service was equally impressive. The friendly staff offered fantastic recommendations, and my food arrived promptly, right on time.
However, the location leaves something to be desired. The small strip mall has tight parking, and the dining area feels cramped. While I prefer enjoying my wings fresh, I don’t want to feel packed in like a sardine. If Wingstop had a more spacious location, it could be a great hangout spot. For now, if you’re looking for a more open atmosphere, Buffalo Wild Wings might be the better choice.
Overall, Wingstop serves up incredible flavors, but the limited space holds it back from being a perfect dining experience.

Homegirl with the long blonde braid and her coworker with the tattoos— they did their thing! A match made in Wing Heaven! Everything was perfect! No mistakes even with all of my special requests and late dining. I’m glad to leave this review because I haven’t been satisfied with our Dothan location in previous visits. But now I’m looking forward to coming back! Give them both a raise, wish I could remember their names!! ✨

This wingstop is giving wingstop a bad name! It’s a shame.
So glad wingstop finally came to dothan! 1ST VISIT Food was good but the garlic parm had no parm on them! i think they opened in the wrong location (there are 4 tables in there) also , the kitchen isnt big enough and the area is too crammed, the staff is not apologetic and rude, I am a little disappointed in that area. Overall they have excellent chicken and it’s always decent sizes you don’t get skimpy boneless Wings. The garlic parm is a must try and the other flavors are very unique. Must try guys the fries and the ranch and blue cheese everything here is must try:) Happy Wingstop everyone!
2nd visit (they forgot the parm on our garlic parm again!!:( it’s my favorite. And it is extremely greasy, in vegas wingstop wasn’t this greasy, but they’re justing starting out so hopefully they get more experienced.
3rd visit (doordash) pickup DON’T DO IT YOU WILL WAIT 40 MINS FOR THE ORDER IF NOT LONGER:)
4th visit was good , and actually was a decent wait time 16-21 mins for my food.
5th visit: garlic parm is REAL OILY makes me feel sick from the grease
6th visit got the garlic parm without garlic and it wasn’t greasy like usual! Was good:) I’m glad since that’s the only one I like!:) we get the all in bundle
7th visit i decided to try the mild flavor and I’m A TOTAL FAN these are so tasty. Thank you!! We always get the all in bundle.

Food and customer service was good. They did their best getting the food out as quick as possible for how busy they were. I wish wingstop would serve in bigger locations with how cramped it was just waiting. Got the voodoo fries, Cajun corn and garlic Parmesan tenders. So delicious

Not too sure why it’s so many bad reviews but the gentleman there are very respectful, I’m talking yes ma’am, no ma’am. Order was fresh & cooked to perfection. I have never been here and they allowed me to take time on my order!! They did not rush me! The fried Cajun corn is 100000/10! Will be back!

I ordered delivery and it took about 45 minutes which is what it said to expect. Wings were crispy but cold by the time I got them and fries were hot and well seasoned. I got boneless wings with Hickory Smoked BBQ, Louisiana Rub, Spicy Korean Q, and Hot Honey Rub. Personally I did not like the Louisiana rub and the hickory smoked bbq was okay. Other flavors were good! I will try at restaurant next time.
