The Gatherings Cafe catering is exceptional! We rented out a space within the Minneapolis American Indian Center and had catering directly from Gatherings. I cannot tell you how many of our guests commented about how amazing the food was! Staff was 11/10 and the presentation of the food again, was perfect. It’s open again as of June 2024! I had their bison melt with blueberry horseradish aioli and it was very good. I’ve tasted their appetizers, salads, and desserts at a catered event, and those were very fresh, tasty, and innovative as well. Highly recommend. The building had their grand opening on May 1st so the restaurant is in a new remodeled space.

They have great bison tacos and melts. Fish options as well. Everything was really fresh and light. Salsa was has just a little heat and great flavor. The cedar maple ice tea was really nice too.

This was the best salad I have ever tried and the bison fungi sandwich was so tender and yummy. Eating healthier is easy here. You can use grubhub too. The soup was great too. Our server was super nice and was able to explain our choices and service with a smile is always appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, and overall a wonderful place to enjoy lunch. I had the three sisters kale salad with bison meat. My husband had the fish sandwich along with the potato salad and some bakery items. All were very tasty! We can’t wait to come back to try the breakfast menu!

Came in for lunch and coffee a few times while in Minneapolis and enjoyed the eggs and bison. There’s also a gallery and craft shop in the centre which are worth checking out.
