For weeks there has been NOTHING stocked that I wanted. Three days in a row of no milk, next week the same. I’m not coming back, but recommend anybody who wants something specific to stay away and not waste their time. If you want a random doughnut go for it, but NEVER get your hopes up for them having what you want, even early morning. This store is going to fail, no question about it.

This is the third time in 6 months that my account has been scrubbed from Daylight Donuts files. No record. All reward points gone. The first time I was told that mgmt changed hands and all accounts had been scrubbed. The second time the clerk simply had no idea why my acct no longer existed. Today the clerk said her monitor just went whoosh (apparently indicating I was again no longer in their system). As much as I’ve enjoyed Daylight Donuts for 6+ decades, I won’t sign up for yet another account. If the urge hits I’ll return,, but that’s unlikely.

Ordered Birthday donuts 3 days in advance only to show up the day of the event to no donuts, no apology and had to chase my refund with no follow-up from the owner. Get your donuts literally anywhere else because I also ordered sight unseen and the venue is filthy.

Love this location, best Daylight donuts shop in KS, they got the breakfast sandwiches and hotdog roll soo good, jelly donuts are filled in front of you and they are not stingy on the fillings, just right amount, glaze always my fave too, fresh and clean shop, friendly service, please help support small local shop like them.

We have loved Daylight for many years now. Love that they added hot items to the menu in Olathe and love that they spruced up the indoor sitting area. Unfortunately it seems the last several times we have been in on a weekday around 8:30-9:00 they are very low stock on donuts and always out of the hot items ☹️ that’s my only complaint! Not super reliable on their availability of items.

It seems like they have only a few styles of donuts or pastries that they just add different flavors or toppings to. For example, what they call a bear claw just looks like a glazed donut that is shaped like a bear claw instead of it being made of a different dough and having almond paste inside.

This Daylight at the gas station on 7 hwy is pretty weak compared to the other 2 in Olathe. Donuts seem older and the breakfast sandwiches are pre-made store bought. To fresh at all like other stores. Not sure why such a big difference.

Today, I had a few Dash orders for Daylight Dounuts, and it was quite busy. Mary was a 1 woman show, she was taken drive thru orders, counter and online orders and as I waited and watched her, she treated every single customer with the upmost kindness, apologetic for the wait but never showing being overwhelmed. She kept it going like 2nd nature. Mary is a phenomenal exceptional woman, and I will become a regular customer because of her.
