This location has great pizza. No complaints there. But come on guys this is a chicken Alfredo portion! I counted like 4 slices of chicken and 13 noodles! I’ve had the same dish at different locations and it’s been fine. This should have never left the store. Do better.

Apparently when you order food here you’re not going to get what you want. I ordered 2 pan pizzas well done. I received 2 original crust pizzas undercooked and uncut. Absolutely disgusting and a complete waste of money. Definitely won’t recommend or return!

I ordered pizza and I also ordered a side of
banana peppers when I arrived to pick my order up my order I observed the young man who waited on me go retrieve a cup picked banana peppers up with his ungloved hand and place peppers in cup now mind you he stuck his hand into the container that had the peppers in it grabbed a few placed in cup and dropped the rest back in container. What a way to ruin an appetite! Also he waited on a customer ahead of me who paid with cash and he gave customer back change then straight to the banana peppers!

On 6/10/25, I ordered an Ultimate pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. I checked the receipt and noticed it stated “Ultimate Pepperoni, no pepperoni”. I’m not sure how that happened, but the order doesn’t make sense. I called the store and the young man who answered was rude and dismissive. I asked if he questioned the order when it came it, he said yes but he’s “not going to call every order that looks fishy”. He stated he was the manager on duty, so I asked for the owners contact info. He stepped away and returned to the phone to say the owners weren’t available and were probably out of state. When I asked for his name, he refused. He also refused to provide an employee ID# and then hung up on me.

My pizza was not all the way done. I had to pop it back in the oven to finish cooking. I ordered on a Friday night and they seemed a little busy so rushing to get it out and they didn’t even cut my pizza all the way so I had to slice it up after reheating it. I will bypass this location next time.

We mistakenly ordered to this location when we usually order to the Houston levee location . To be honest, a mistake that will NEVER happen again. The “thin crust” from Houston levee is always crispy. This dough was soggy and tasted raw. Two large custom pizzas ordered and only half of one ate. The rest no one wanted to eat. Don’t know who’s cooking the food but they need learn to bake the pizzas correctly

Absolutely terrible. I keep having hopes for this place since it’s so close, but I will keep driving to Oakland. If Oakland has its carry out closed like it did tonight, I will absolutely go without. This is the WORST pizza we have ever received. A terrifying grease pit, I cannot believe we wasted money on this.

I ordered two pizzas for pickup. I received one of the pizzas I ordered, and the other was someone else’s pizza. Since it was a long day, I didn’t check my order before leaving. I called the store I ordered from and was told I had two choices, let them remake it and I would have to get back in the rain to get it or give me a free pizza next time. They would not deliver the pizza to me because it was a carry out.
