We visited The Village Griddle in Medway two days in a row—and that alone says a lot. The first visit was so good we had to come back, and the food was just as excellent the second time around. Consistency here is outstanding.
On our first visit, we ordered a Milky Way iced coffee, banana foster French toast, and eggs Benedict with eggs over hard (yes, unique—but perfectly executed). Everything was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. The French toast was indulgent without being overwhelming, and the Benedict was spot-on.
The next day, we tried the blueberry French toast with eggs and bacon, plus an omelette served with delicious cinnamon raisin bread.
The service is outstanding with just the right balance of stopping by without being overwhelming.

We had some time to kill and randomly chose this restaurant. We would give 10 stars if we could. Service is great, food was amazing, fresh and not heavy/greasy! Best corned beef hash I’ve had in a long time! We were delighted to find out, we had a location closer to home in Plainville as well!

Food and service is excellent. More than once, not open on time. 7am is late enough as is is for the blue collar guy, so I’ve waited til 7:30 and still not ope. In fact, it’s 0730 right now on Wednesday and the place is in darkness….

Been there three times. Food is great. Prices are good. Service, not so. Young Brunette, forgot the menu. We needed to asked for it, and for water and straws. Waitress had an attitude, walked away and shook her head. Came back with the straws and literally dropped them on the table and walked away. Never refilled our coffee or asked if we wanted more. It’s too bad. Same attitude before. Makes us not want to go back to that location.
