First time trying any Wing Stop. About $18 (including tax) for a 10p combo.
The wings were standard. The Louisiana Rub wasn’t a very strong flavor and the those wings were on the dryer side. The Korean BBQ tasted pretty good (not sure how much it tastes like K-BBQ), the wings were better with a sauce on them.
The service is great. Was offered to have my drink while I waited and was told they’d fill it up before I left (I ordered there) – which they did. The wait was around 10 minutes?

Wing stop is a bit pricey for them not add all your food. I understand this is a busy store and we all make mistakes but it’s not the first time. The last time I purchased there I spoke to a manger named Maria about a refund on an order over $80 and she said I would see my refund in 3-5 business days and she lied. I never did. I finally decided to give it another try and they forgot part of my order. Please do better I always pay a little under a $100. I’m not asking for much I just want my order done right for once.

Quite literally one of the WORST fast-casual food and experience ever! It literally took almost 40 minutes to get my small order of wings and fries! I always had positive experience at the Har Mar Mall location in Roseville MN and have been craving amazing wings for the longest time. My friend from Indonesia wanted to try something new so I was bragging about how amazing Wing Stop wings are. We were hungry and we happened to be on the south side of town so I told her we’re going to get amazing wings at Wing Stop. What a joke! This was the biggest WASTE of our time! I work 75 hours a week and my ONLY free time is Tuesday and Thursday evenings. How did we spend my limited Date-night evening? Waiting almost 40 minutes for a few pieces of mediocre dry tiny wings and SOGGY fries (my friend also ordered a side of corn cobs right after I ordered my wings). The fries were so soft and soggy that you literally have to eat it with chopsticks! Ordered at 7:54pm, and didn’t get our food until almost 8:27pm (there is no place to eat inside so we had to eat in the car). While we were waiting on that super hard bench for our food and my friend was super bored, I offered her comfort – “it’s taking long Honey because they’re busy having to make it fresh….it’s going to be so GOOD when we get to eat those piping hot wings!”. NOT!!! The wings were cold and dry and the fries were soggy like noodles and cold! So why did this take 40 minutes again? Did they just decided to make them and just let it sit back there to get cold while they all decided to take a smoke break before packing it up for us??

I was thoroughly impressed by the interior design of the restaurant. It is aesthetically pleasing, and the atmosphere is exceptionally welcoming. I recently discovered this location, and it was delightful news. The woman who took my order, Maria (The new manager, who was just hired about a week ago), was outstanding. She informed me that the establishment had only been open for a few months and expressed her enthusiasm for being part of my dining experience. Additionally, the gentleman named George was very accommodating in addressing my inquiries regarding the sauces and spices. The food was extraordinary! The mango habanero bone-in wings were FIRE!! Please continue to deliver such excellence Maria, I will be back very soon!!

I havent eaten my food yet, but I want to give a shout out to the lady that was at the register. She was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I was in there while someone was ordering, and when other people came in, she was so personable to every single person. She was top tier customer service person and I wanted to give a shout out to her! I would suggest this place to everyone because of how positive and friendly she was. You go girl!

Yaniya, your customer service is very terrible. You not only got my order wrong, you chatted and laughed watching a video while taking my order. You shouldn’t belong in a fast food restaurant. I’m surprised you even got hired at all. I gave you a second chance and try to order the ORDER I didn’t get because you weren’t paying attention and you glared at me responding with “Well, you ain’t say that.” Knowing that I did say it. That completely ticked me off. So I am here writing this review in front of your face while you take another order with rude behavior again. You should check yourself. You guys are required to read back orders yet you didn’t. You should be ashamed of yourself and I would not surprised if you have gotten other orders wrong. They say children reflect from their childhood so I wouldn’t surprised what environment you grew up in.
