I recently visited Subway and was served by Caleb. During the preparation of my order, I clearly asked him to spread the vegetables properly. My request was ignored. The same thing happened while adding the sauce. Despite giving specific instructions, there was no effort to adjust or acknowledge what I was saying.
As a paying customer, I expect basic attention and respect. Listening to simple preparation requests is not optional, it is part of proper customer service. The lack of responsiveness and care in handling my order was disappointing and unprofessional.
I hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service standards moving forward.

Ate here late one night with a couple of friends. The staff were friendly and patient. They made our sandwiches to our liking. All ingredients tasted fresh. There are booths and tables available, as well as a ton of drink options.we would definitely eat here again.

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever seen. The employee with the earring acts like they’re giving it away for free, putting tiny amounts inside each piece of bread. If you’re not giving it away for free, fill the bread with the filling, for goodness sake! This is completely unethical.

I stood and waited to be helped and nobody acknowledged me till they were ready to make my food. Never look at a customer without telling them you’ll be right with them. Bacon is so thin you could hardly taste it , other than that it was good. Store was clean .
