Had a good experience here. The food was excellent, especially the burger. Ordered at a kiosk, so really didn’t have much interaction with the staff. Didn’t take overly long to get our food. Buddy liked his shake, my 50/50 lemonade, I couldn’t choke it down, wasn’t very good, but think that was me and not them, just didn’t like the combo.

##Updated Revew## it’s a good burger but it’s stupid expensive. We got two burgers (single and triple), 1 fry and two drinks (small fountain and large pomegranate basil). IT WAS $44!!!!! With tip. Tip? You order your own food, you get your own water, you bus your own table. Hell, I should be getting the tip.
I really don’t understand what all the hate is about. Stopped in in spite of the negative reviews. I was a little taken back by not having counter service and having to put in my own order. So much for jobs. And the interface was not as intuitive as it could have been. After 16 min. ( a long time for “fast” food but they just opened so gonna give them a pass on this one) My $16.50 Double Cheeseburger and Fries arrived. No napkins, so had to go back and get them cuz this burger was JUICY! I thought the burger was really tasty. Warning it was VERY salty. But against my cardiologist’s wishes I like salt. And I thought the fries were great. I thought the burger was way better then 5 guys. I’d give em a shot. Can’t wait to try a shake.

First time at a Shake Shack. Waited over 20 min for two burgers. Fries were room temp. $30 for two burgers and two sodas. Not good value or service for the money. There was one sweet lady with nice attitude.

I have been to several Shake Shacks and they all seem to be very busy. This one struggles a bit with the volume and keeping things clean. Although service is a bit slow due to handling customers, I have not gotten an incorrect order except for today. My burger was also cold. I suspect because they were waiting for fries because they were blazing hot all just under $50 for two people. There are full service restaurants serving equally good burgers for the same money.

It was my first time eating at this location and my experience was really bad. I first ordered a burger, a grilled cheese and the fries and forgot to leave a tip. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t leave tip, but when I received my order, the bread for grilled cheese was burnt. I requested it to be remade. I decided to order a drink later and I left them a tip for remaking the grilled cheese. However, I won’t be back to this location.

I’d never been to Shake Shack but wanted to try it out. For the portion size and taste of food, this place is INSANELY overpriced! I had no idea how expensive this place was! The actual burgers were fine besides their presentation. The top bun for everyone’s food was a quarter of the size of the actual burger and the sides and drinks were TINY, yet more expensive than nearly any other restaurant I’ve seen. Plus, the burgers are presented by being wrapped in thin paper. A soggy burger plus thin paper= a mess. I was picking out pieces of the paper from my mouth because it was dissolving into my bun. Overall, food was fine, and the burgers themselves were fine price wise. But $5+ for fries and there genuinely maybe 12 fries in total is actually sick. I don’t recommend. I’d recommend Burger King over this place anyday.

1st visit we waited almost an hour for 1 burger and 1 fry and when we got the food it was ice cold!
We decided to give it another shot today because we actually love Shake Shack and being that it was just opening maybe they needed some time to work out the kinks!
FF to today we order 2 burgers and 2 fries! Much better experience no wait. We get home and the burgers we received aren’t the burgers we ordered. My son bit into his burger and it’s RAW!!! Completely bright pink!
We were excited about this location being close to our home but will no longer be patronizing this location we will return to the Willow Lawn location from now on!

An older gentleman served us and was cold and unwelcoming. We ordered onion rings which were $6 and came with 5 rings. We just opened these in the picture. So crazy to me. However the burgers are really good and good quality.

To be honest, I am shocked. Every other shake shack I’ve been at has been stellar. And yet, this location was remarkably disappointing. I got the French onion burger, which looked amazing, but what I received looked nothing like the picture. There weren’t nearly as many onions and the burger can only be described as sad and flaccid. The only saving grace was the milkshake, which was quite nice, and the customer support who were quick to help.

Opening day was fantastic! Staff were super friendly and they handed out free totes and coupons. Food didnt take too long to come out despite how busy they were. Everything was fresh and delicious! They are very accommodating with customizations too!
