Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!

Shorter round blonde cashier pretty rough with my order as well as charging me $2 for a beverage that I didn’t receive.I don’t mind spending money but if I’m throwing away money it won’t be to this Mr. Hero again. However it was the customer service and over all attitude of this location that shall be the reason I won’t be bringing my business back. Only getting 2 stars because the food tasted good.

I called to see what was taking so long with my food and was placed on hold for 15 minutes by the manager, why’ll he sat there and talked about his personal life and his dogs and his boyfriend that visits him at least four times a week. Suck a joke. This guy said stuff customers shouldn’t hear and then laughed about it when I called back and finally got to speak my mind. The food here is good but it’s not worth the headache. I will never EVER go back. Promise!

This was such an awful experience. I get Social Distancing but the manager wouldn’t even let both me and my partner in. When we finally were allowed in the manager also insisted she take the order along side with the cashier. It took them almost 15 minutes to try and get our order and we were so heated after our experience that we just up and left. That was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever encountered and definitely was not satisfied with how we were treated let alone how long it took just to try and order a simple Philly cheese steak. They need to reevaluate their management and customer service!!! Dont even bother trying your luck at this place. The other Mr.Hero’s was so much better and helpful. >:(

It was good but we had one regular waffle fry and one large. We couldn’t tell the difference in size. We also ordered two kids meals and there weren’t many waffle fries.

Oh mr. Hero I read your sign saying that you’re understaffed and to please be patient and believe me I really really tried. Came in they were two people already waiting for their food and three people working your Grill sandwich making area and a manager who was cleaning the floor with a mop. It was 8 at night and so perhaps wanting to get out of there by 9 may have been the intention not really sure what time you close but when you have teenagers probably high school students cooking your food you need to be managing them and not disappearing into the back room when you have a line now forming. I was there for almost 30 minutes waiting for to Roman Burgers, I had seen food already in the window ready to go and not being bagged and given to the customers who had already paid and we’re just standing there. There was a lot of confusion on the employee Parts with no Management in sight. The lack of management is the biggest issue in this place and their ability to do their job I don’t expect much more from high school students they needed Direction and a sense of urgency.

Quick prep of yummy things! The original Mr. Hero is something that, every now and then, you think..”..gotta get one. Folks are friendly, the store maintains good precautions, kudos. And they added breaded fried mushrooms that is a personal fave of mine. Great store.
