Worst experience ever! They made the wrong sandwich at 1st but at least hers looked better than the one the other girl redid. And the girl that redid the sandwich threw the one that was wrong in the garbage like she was mad. Anyway the girl clearly did not know what she was doing because she was struggling to get the chicken off the grill. I thought she would’ve made a new one because it was a mess. But no she just laughed and continued to make it. I said I wanted extra tomatoes and some jalapeños. No extra tomatoes but a bunch of jalapeños. Bread was hard and crumbling. Chicken was dry. My 12yr old daughter said she’d be embarrassed to hand something like that to a customer. And the fries weren’t hot because they took so long do redo the sandwich. I didn’t say anything because clearly nobody cared. Even though they seen me shaking my head. But I will be calling Monday morning to talk with the owner about this. And I tipped them! You shouldn’t even have an option to tip right away not knowing what kind of service you’re going to get.
12/13/25 Just wanted to say that I talked to the owner of the store not long after my review. He apologized for my experience and replaced my whole meal. I felt bad after talking to him because he said the he was having a hard time finding good people to work for him at that time and isn’t always able to be there to make sure things are going good. Well when I went back for the replacement meal the employees did a way better job than the ones who were there my 1st time.

I want to start by saying we truly love this place and their food, which is why today was so disappointing. We arrived shortly after opening, along with several other groups, and they were the only food stand not open yet. We waited for a while before anyone acknowledged us. When someone finally came out, he simply shook his head “no” and said 5–10 minutes.
After waiting over 20 minutes with no further communication, we decided to leave. During that entire time, I watched multiple groups walk up to order and be completely ignored. The employee (long black hair, unsure of his name) wouldn’t make eye contact, just shook his head and dismissed people without any explanation or apology. This continued for almost an hour total.
We understand delays happen, but the lack of basic communication and courtesy was extremely frustrating and unlike anything we’ve experienced here before.

Craving a Philly steak and this spot really hit the spot! Located in the mall for a quick meal everything was delicious and service was great. Got the peppercorn Philly steak and cheese with crispy onions and sauteed onions. She got a kids meal with chicken tenders and fries for a light snack. Everything was staffed well on a Saturday just a little dirty with garbage on the outside but to be expected with busy it was.

Went there to get 2 ultimate fries and an old school cheesesteak sandwich. It was the worst service I have ever had. Took about a half hour to get our food and it was cold. Sandwich had about 2 pieces of steak and nothing else on it. 4 people were working and nobody knew what they were doing. I usually have no problems with Charlie’s but this was terrible. Definitely lost my business.

Was told that id have to wait till the other employee “got back” very unprofessional! Owner should really watch the cameras as employees arn not working!

Horrible Horrible service. I wanted to get a number 2 and the girl taking the order was clearly having a bad day with a grumpy attitude. I was in a good mood asking exactly what I wanted a medium number 2 which says I want a meal not just sub. She snapped at me not for asking for fries and drink and walks away. I tell her superior I no longer want to eat here because or her attitude and honestly everyone here looked like they were miserable. This is not the kind of environment I would ever consider eating at. I wad pleasant with her until she told me this and any good fast food service should ask of you want a drink and meal with sub. Less than one star service.
