I’ve been here many times as it’s in my hometown and they always find a way to mess up the order. Today I went at 8pm as ordered a 10 piece nugget combo, I got a 5 piece with the oldest nuggets they could seem to muster up, and fries to match. They seemed to give me 2 hard shell tacos to “make up” for it or something. They didn’t tell me when I went to pick up the food, which I would have appreciated. The only good thing about my meal was the Pepsi.

I stop at Taco Bell almost every time I go to Walmart and order the same thing, 2 bean burritos . Today, received my order and proceeded to eat it in the car. The shell seemed to be different and the beans were not even lukewarm. They also were dry. I add sour cream and cheese -which was not even a teaspoon at the bottom. I e always had good burritos but not today. Taco Bell you can do so much better!!

This is a Taco Bell I tend to avoid. It’s very unreliable in terms of them getting your order right, sometimes even the hours they are supposed to be open. For example, today I ordered breakfast via the app, but when I arrived to pick up the order was told they couldn’t do it, despite it being literally 10 minutes past the time breakfast had started (per their own website). I was told to “call corporate” for a refund. Overall not a big deal, but it’s just annoying to have to jump through extra steps.
It won’t stop me from enjoying some Tbell every now and then, but I will definitely avoid this location. You just can’t make teenagers care!

I’ve eaten at this location 2 times. First time was phenomenal. No complaints. The second time the table was dirty, the drink station was a sticky disaster, pop all over the counter along with straw wrappers everywhere, my hard shelled taco shell was in pieces and super disappointed in the crunch wrap supreme, it was pretty empty I might as well have just eaten a taco shell.

Please understand that the knock on service is the Taco Bell APP. Order thru the app and you will be disappointed to find what the app permitted you to order may be out of stock. If so, the restaurant can’t refund your non-purchase so they have to offer you something else to try to take the place of what the app permitted. You only find this out at the drive thru order speaker so you have to decide something in exchange (even if you don’t really want it) then and there. And this happens often, not rarely. Save yourself and just order at the speaker when you pull in. Not a huge time savings using the app anyway. Knock on TB more than anything.

Did a mobile order which was fine pulled up to the window to receive my order got a drinks in a drink carrier without getting asked which isn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was that when I handed out the drinks to my child and wife the girl working the window rolled her eyes at me per my wife. Also I asked if they added the guac salsa that you have to pay for the girl working the window said yes. My wife proceeded to check and turned out the girl lied and I had to return to the store. Finally home and ready to eat I went to eat my beefy 5 layer burrito that was the size of a cheese roll up. So in return my beefy 5 layer burrito was on a diet. There’s always something wrong every time we order from here. Fast food isn’t hard to work and it’s not hard to make sure an order is correct.

Horrible customer service.. might have been just the guy I experienced.. but did a mobile order.. he had no idea who I was.. but my order was sitting on a counter the hole time.. just sad. Not to mention the taco I got.. who knows.. should have went somewhere for a salad I guess.

Worst Crunchwrap ever. I ordered 2 and 1 was OK, but the 2nd I took 4-5 decent bites before I got even a speck of meat or sour cream. They didn’t ask if I wanted hot sauce and I guess that I did. They were out of nacho fries, which was my whole reason for going there. And the Cinnabon delights? The worst I’ve ever had. Honestly, I love Taco Bell food but I’ve had more bad experiences at the New Richmond branch than at all the other ones I’ve been to put together. It seems like the staff barely cares about quality and even less about anticipating needs. I’m not asking for mind reading but every other TB I’ve been to asks if you want taco sauce. Typically disappointing experience there. Not just once or twice, I’ve had about 7-8. This was my first time going back in over a year and it seems nothing has changed.
