First time to this restaurant and so worth it. I got the grilled shrimp dinner and it was flavored to perfection. The Gator bites were moist and tender and the drinks were a bargain and you get to keep the cups as souviners. The prices are reasonable and the staff friendly and attentive. We stopped in for lunch and had read about the great food, service, atmosphere, and views. All of those met our expectations and more.
My wife had the Mahi-Mahi BLT and I had the Mahi basket. We also ordered the Onion Ring appetizer. All of the food was amazing and we were surprised at the size of the piece of grilled Mahi-Mahi on the BLT. It was huge!
Our server, Jordan, was sweet and very attentive. She also was able to provide us with some things to do while in the area. Overall a great experience.

Love the location!! That’s the main reason I keep returning! The service usually sucks !! U pay way to much for tea or soda for the waitress to never come back for a refill; unless you get her attention!! I said I wasn’t going to but I am…. I went there to enjoy the view and the food (Especially the Pineapple Slaw)and drinks; not to hear employees talk about the president and or political crap!! The guy that carried the pineapple Willie’s Cups to people and the 2 guys “Clearing” the tables ! Notice I said clearing not CLEANING!! No one wipes the tables off after being used. Great location and food! My compliments to the chef!! I hope the kitchen help gets part of the tip and bartender because they are the ones that DESERVE it!!

Everything about Pineapple Willies was great! The staff is well trained and very friendly and efficient. From seating to knowledge about the menu, to making sure to check on anything you made need. The food comes out fast and is delicious and fresh. We ate here several times while on vacation and tried numerous dishes. Some of our favorites were the coconut shrimp, chef salad (that was large enough for a couple of meals) and the mahi sandwich. The french fries were fantastic and the Pineapple Willie drink was the BEST! There is plenty of seating inside and covered outside seating right on the beach with beautiful views! We will be back and probably several times!

Some places are next to the beach, this place has a dining area that’s on a pier that is ON the beach. A GREAT casual dining area with excellent food and service. Andrea was our server and she was exceptional. You can spend a little or you can spend a lot. The grilled shrimp were perfectly seasoned and the fried shrimp were very lightly battered. The fried seafood platter had more food than I could eat and had some of the best fried clam strips I’ve had in a long time. As a side note my wife said the Pina colada was quite tasty and they didn’t skimp on the rum.

I thought the place was going to be very touristy. But was pleasantly surprised to find it was very good food at a good price. Pair that with the views and location and you have a definite go to spot. So no wonder people think it might be touristy. Very busy in the summer though.

Great barefoot beach resort vacation vibe. Pineapple Willy’s in Panama City makes great daiquiris, and delicious seafood. I very much enjoyed the mahi mahi BLT. With indoor and outdoor seating right on the sand, there is plenty of room for any size group. There’s even a covered pier with seating over the beach. The staff are professional, fast and friendly. The ocean front view is amazing. If you love relaxing on the beach, you and your friends will have a lot fun at Pineapple Willy’s.
