This was the hot and spicy wings they gave me last night. I went out of my way to go there and this was what I got. Dry, old chicken. It tasted awful like old oil were used. Not acceptable whatsoever I bet the workers there wouldn’t eat that even if it was free! So why would you serve us that.

So the KFC located on Robert Street in West Saint Paul has some weird stuff going on. Within the past month, someone has been beaming lasers into at least two confirmed apartments, and they are actually I pointing them into peoples eyes. I don’t know what kind of technology they’re using to do this so precisely, but one of my neighbors had to go to the hospital after the police were called, and he was unable to see. The manager at KFC has completely dismissed this, and then began provoking the neighbors when neighbors began calling for answers . The lasers were coming from directly inside of KFC. This is not the first time in the past few weeks that this has happened. It is obviously dangerous, especially when you’re just sitting on your balcony or in your living room, unaware that you’re being targeted for some unknown reason. I guess what I’m hoping for by posting this is that people will continue to l report this here and to the police if they see anything like this happen. Anyone know anything about this.

A long time KFC fan. Had coupon 23.99 for 8pc, pulled up handed him coupon. He said you can’t get white meat. I didn’t look at coupon and I didn’t say I wanted white meat only. He said you get 2 of everything. Left got home no biscuits. Our service from these places are going to hell.

If I could give this less than one star I would. Handful of weeks ago I ordered Through the drive-through and the item that I purchased ended up making me violently ill. I called the store and made them aware. The person that identified themselves as the manager offered me a free meal, which I accepted, but told him it would be a while before I came back in. I went to collect on that free meal I was treated like garbage. The manager started by accusing me of already collecting on that meal, moved to telling me I was lying about being made sick ( food poisoning) Claiming that it isn’t possible to come down with food poisoning in a couple of hours (he may want to check his sources). I again told him that I was told that he wrote it down in the book. He then questioned what I wanted. I told him I didn’t know what was available to me. He asked me what I ordered and I told him and he said I could have that to which I responded I will never eat that again. When I made the suggestion of something else, he claimed that that was too much and not an equal enough exchange. The level of unprofessional treatment and just poor customer service at this store was amazing to me. The food made me violently ill and to add insult in injury The management treated me horribly. I have reached out to the corporate number and I’m waiting to hear back from somebody else. I cannot recommend this store to anybody. I thought contacting them when I got sick was the correct thing to do, I thought wrong. Pretty sad that they do not stand behind their words and do not take care of customers in a respectful and kind way.

Stopped by for a late lunch/early dinner and ordered a three piece meal original recipe. Service was quick, the chicken was hot and fresh. The sides were just as good. Probably the cleanest dining room I’ve seen in months.

KFC is out of control. $14 for a 3 piece box chx combo? No one will go here. I used a coupon. Food has gone down in quality, smaller pieces. I hope they figure out how to fix this storied chain

They served me some chicken nuggets that smelled strongly of urine and the manager did not want to give my money back… I asked him for the number to corporate and I’m pretty sure it was just another workers number, so I googled corporates number and filed a report about the situation… The managers name is Bug, it said so on the receipt, an African American fella that is about 5 feet 11 inches tall and heavy set… He said some bs to me just audible enough as I was walking out the door, so I just ignored it… Even though I was very upset I didn’t show it and I was very polite and pleasant with him about the whole thing the entire time… He said something to the effect of ” don’t come in here no more or I’ll have someone spit in your food ” I believe? So, tell all your friends and family do not eat at this specific KFC… Horrible experience in every way, shape, and form!!!
