If I could give them no stars I would! I ordered through the phone and the gentleman was so nice and helpful with deals. I went in store to pick up my order and realized I forgot to order a second pizza that I wanted which I thought would just be added to my order so I paid. I gave them time went home and came back for pickup of my second pizza for them to accuse me running out and not paying. I had also asked was it not required for them to wear gloves when handling/making food and it’s not a requirement but I told them that they didn’t have to be unsanitary. I wish I was treated better as a customer because an employee named Jackie and one of the males started to try and go back and forth with me as I was trying to figure out why this wasn’t explained to me.

This place has become terrible. To top it all off, witnessed an event where it was busy, and they didnt get this persons order done they place early in the day and it wasnt even close. This has happened to us as well. The Papa Johns employee was very rude and disrespectful, the manager was only a little better. We’ve seen issues with this manager before as well. We’re gonna stop going here and sticking with others in the area who are much more respectful to their customers… I dont know how this guy kept his cool like he did with the employees there…

In Hurricane once a year for a week long conference and always look forward to visiting Papa Johns on our first night here. Food is excellent and fast & friendly service. Will visit them several times this week for dinner.

They stopped giving plates and the workers were rude about it. I also paid for extra cheese on my pizza but there was a thin layer, definitely not extra cheese. They didn’t cut the pizza adequately either. For the price, I’d recommend a local place like Gino’s, or if that’s not your dish, it’s worth making the drive to Domino’s in Eleanor. Papa John’s is more expensive than both of those restaurants but they do a solid job every time. I regret that I didn’t go there instead but I forgot that Papa John’s is like this and I used to love eating there!

Service was great…pizza was not. I got the stuffed crust & it was terrible. Not the same Papa John’s crust that I remember. Wings are terrible. Never again.

Was door dashing. Not one employee out of 4or 5 of them wearing gloves. One playing with phone then started putting toppings on pizza did not wash hands . Yuck this was on 12-23-24 at about 8 20 pm

I order from here once a week and almost every employee I have encountered with is so rude. I do pick up mostly and I do the curbside carry out. The older woman with dark hair usually brings it out. She has the meanest look on her face. I always say Hi, thank you, and have a great day. This woman literally says nothing. A few males have been not so friendly either. A d I always wait a long time for them to bring it out to me. (Don’t want to get my 4 yr old out just to get pizza to put him right back in) For being a very religious customer I brought to attention to the store that 3 times my order has been messed up. I was informed that a reimbursement nor a gift card would be acceptable for their reoccurring mistakes. That I would need to call the store and let them know I have a quality guarantee on my account when I order. Whatever that is. I’m usually not one to complain but when it becomes excessive especially with picky children I feel a review was needed. I hope customer service improves because myself and kids love their food.

Great place to order pizza. The store unfortunately doesn’t have a dinning room. And the prices are somewhat competitive for large pizzas but can be very pricey on regular orders and in the community it’s in its harder to accept the higher prices .
