I visit this subway quite a bit. They always make a good sandwich and usually have a great attitude despite seemingly always being busy. Tonight I came in and found the worker, Noah, busily preparing multiple online orders. Myself and another gentleman came in at the same time. I felt stressed for Noah but he remained calm, friendly, and professional. Kudos to him! This location, as many are I’m sure, seems usually understaffed, but they do a great job nonetheless.

I drove school students there in my bus and didn’t find a good place to park so I wasn’t blocking the way, but people maneuvered around me. I believe the students ordered ahead so it was pretty quick. Then I went in and they made me a salad pretty quickly.

Subway near Rudy Arkansas by the Love Travel Center is the place to stop and satisfy those hunger pains with one of the best subs. We got the special steak with all the fixings, the bread was Italian herb with sweet onion dressing, did I mention this sub was so delicious. You got to stop and try this sub you want be disappointed.

Please remove the girl with green/blue hair – she is no good. She doesn’t have good customer service skills, doesn’t know how to make sandwiches, and she overcharges the meal (6 inch sub cost me $25). She doesn’t even wear gloves or wash her hands.

I stopped around 6 o’clock to get a sandwich from subway I was gonna get tea but the tea container was so nasty and so gross so i got some Dr Pepper another couple came in and she was gonna get some tea but it was so nasty she asked for the money back just for the Drink the 2 young Boys in there Was rude and disrespectful she wanted just the money for the drink return to her and they went into attack modeThey said they could not do that they asked for manager they said no they asked for the manager or the name they said I cannot give it to you they ask for the owner said nope I can’t get that either they asked when the manager would be there they said no I will not tell you that and they asked for their names they said can’t tell you that either they were really really mean And rudeThey were in attack mode I will never ever go there again The couple asked if I would call the manager and they said that the manager would call them tomorrow they’d leave their name and number I wouldn’t leave my name and number with those 2 boys so they asked them just to forget about it’s and leave them alone so they could Eat and they kept on attacking verbally and the couple told those 2 boys just leave Them alone just go away and let them eat. And no napkins at the drink counter

I get a sub here regularly …never had a problem. Today I stood at the counter for 2 min before the employee came out of the back, and then waited another 3-4 min while she was cleaning and still was never acknowledged. Another customer came in and I told him she wasn’t paying attention to customers to which she replied “sorry” then I left I’d skip this location for now….go somewhere else where customers are a priority.

this location is a 3/10 twice now the lady has looked away talking to a coworker mid sandwich making so things get thrown in one spot. the first girl looked away while adding sauce and it was all in one spot. this time a different lady did it with veggies you have all day to talk i just needed 3 mins for a good sandwich on my lunch. only 3/10 instead of 2 bc the guy was great but he unfortunately didn’t make my food. workers don’t care might be better off going 2 miles to the other location if you want it made good.
