Yo…why doesn’t this place have more reviews (cause it’s a food truck, I get it). If you’re at Odd Colony on a Monday night…get food! Had the Lobster Roll and Empanadas. Don’t feel like fact checking cause I’m drinkin’..but the empanadas came with what tasted like a basily/aioli sauce that was such a perfect match for the perfectly seasoned beef. I actually was so excited for them/loved them so much that I forgot to take a photo. Would not say the lobster roll was authentic, but honestly, many “authentic” claiming lobster rolls suck…and they cost $30. This cost $12 and I thought it was fantastic (best lobster roll was still in Malibu at some random shipping container location). Globetrotter Street Food – 11/10

Chef Winston is absolutely magical in the kitchen! Every dish that comes out of Globetrotter Food Truck is packed with flavor and made with so much care. The food is decadent, delicious, and truly unlike anything else you’ll find in Pensacola. The empanadas are out of this world — perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor — and the ceviche is fresh, vibrant, and absolutely incredible. You can really taste the passion and creativity in every bite.
The truck is conveniently parked outside Odd Colony Brewery, which makes it the perfect spot to enjoy awesome brews paired with incredible food. Highly recommend stopping by — this food truck is a true gem!

One of the best food trucks I’ve been to in town. Empanadas, beef brisket dawg were 10/10! Chuck brought out some crab rangoons that weren’t on the menu that absolutely blew me away. VISIST AS SOON AS YOU CAN!

I order the Korean style all beef dawg and frys , every part of it was a flavor filled explosion of deliciousness , I knew from the 1st bite I should have ordered two! Quick service really nice guy , ill be back without a doubt 10 out of 10 best hot dog ive had yet.

This place was super fun and the location is convenient downtown, the customer service is fantastic, very personal- they helped me decide on what I’d like best. I went with the Banh mi burger and it was delicious to say the least. All the veggies were fresh on it, the sauce was outstanding, truly hit the spot. I definitely will be back!

Food is tasty and priced right. Be warned..Dont eat in the park. PPD officer Roper will cite you or even arrest you, if you eat in the park after sunset. Going pack to your car? Dont walk on the sidewalks in the plaza or you will be cited. Should you avoid the lit plaza sidewalks, now you are jaywalking and will be cited. If officer Roper smells alcohol, now you are looking at a public intoxication or dui charge.
