I was in and out super quick around noon today. Good service. I got back to work and started eating. I got a steak bowl with a side of chips and guac. There was plastic in my guacamole. And after I found that, I stopped eating. I found it when I was about halfway through eating my food. After about 10 minutes, my stomach started hurting really bad and ended up with a realllllly upset stomach on the bathroom. If you know what I mean. I had to throw away half my overpriced food. Will not be going back. Not worth the upset stomach. How embarrassing at work.

Went in Saturday 2/28/26 around 1020pm. There were about 4 groups of people, two sitting down. One in front of us and a single man sitting in the corner. The kitchen looked very nasty and they kept dumping “fresh meat” into the old tubs with scraps left behind. No idea how long the other stuff say our for. The girl making the food was very impatient and rude. The staff as a whole didn’t seem to care about the customers. An unpleasant experience.

I had an unacceptable experience at this Chipotle around 6:45 PM on Sunday (11/23). I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet the employee helping me was impatient, dismissive, and rushed me through my order for no reason.
I clearly asked for my child’s food to be prepared with the rice and chicken separated so they wouldn’t touch. This is a simple request, but the employee refused to do it and then proceeded to mix the food anyway, even after I explained it was for my son. Their attitude and unwillingness to provide basic customer service were completely unprofessional.
There is no excuse for that kind of behavior—especially when the restaurant is empty. This visit was extremely disappointing, and the lack of respect shown by this employee needs to be addressed.

Love and hate that’s how I feel about this place!! Love the food but hate waiting on like to order but what I hate even more is getting my Mobil order and it’s cold as the fridge like I don’t know how it got so cold after it sitting for 15 min from order to pick up I was there and in under 15 min you chilled my hot meal but I love the food and chicken and shoot I have to come in and order in person and I hate that but I can’t have a cold plate bro!!

Ive been going to this Chipotle for years, sometimes 4 times a week. Even in the wake of the food illness issues they routinely were seen taking food tempature and always friendly and quick to service. Not sure when the change occurred but it appears they are under new management, or at least a whole new staff save from one person I recognized.
As I walked in today (from a mobile order) there was a large group of people sitting and openly discussing how wrong their food orders were. Didnt take it as a bad sign since unless it’s a mobile order you literally watch them build your meal and instruct along the way. I got my order back to the office after waiting (though I was the one who was early so no worries there) and I’m missing two ingredients completely – I’ve never had this happen before.
I honestly have never even thought to check my order before leaving when ordering mobile, am I really going to have to do that now?
Missing lettuce and the corn salsa, nothing added that shouldnt be there thankfully. Not the end of the world but new folks just need to slow down and make it right. I’ll wait a minute, just make sure its correct and you’re golden in my book.
Food still was phenomenal as-is, but deducted two stars for management visibility and will add back after I see the new crew is working out well.
However, if this is a reoccurring theme I’ll hit up a different Chipotle in the area for lunches from now on.

So good that an EPISODE OF “catfish” had someone scamming their online lovers for Chipotle gift cards ♀️ ♀️. I never understood why my teen daughter simply LOVES this place.My daughter is addicted. My 13-year-old daughter loves this place. She always gets a bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, queso, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and a side of chips. She spends most of her allowance money on it. I actually enjoy the new Barbacoa burrito, so delicious. You can expect to pay $12-$20 a person. Kind of hard to find because you can’t see it depending on where you are on the street. Located right beside Dukes and behind the outdoor fireplace. Atmosphere is OK.

I have a left a mediocre review of this Chipotle before, so I can tell you that whomever the owner is, they care about the food and service delivered and make improvements as needed. This early eve (June 1st, 2025), I ordered a barbacoa burrito with brown rice, black beans, guacamole, cheese, and lettuce. HUGE BURRITO (for those worried about getting your money’s worth). The wait time was extremely short, so I believe their efficiency has improved greatly, the staff was very friendly and attentive. As far as I’m concerned, I can’t ask for more. The burrito was delicious . Completely satisfied – period. If you like Chipotle – give this location a go!

No napkins, no warmth and no burrito bowl. They literally sent me a container of guacamole and no burrito. My wife was starving hungry and waited for the food to be delivered only to be disappointed for the 2nd time. We have only ordered with chipotle through a delivery app twice and both times this location has screwed it up. Last time it was ice cold. No more chipotle deliveries for us.

Tried them again. They screwed up again. Big shock. Ordered queso, guacamole and a burrito. Got some guacamole and whatever this is along with disgusting oil drenched chips. I’d give -10 stars if I could.
