Thanks Leslie for great service. The food was excellent. The online menu does not do the bar justice. The specials board has great options.
Jambalaya. Catfish. Tasted great. I would have done the crawfish and Cajun mussels if I could.

Don’t go when there is live amplified music. The space is too small. We didn’t stay. Others seem to be making the same choice – it was half empty on a Friday night. The space is too small for amplified music. Acoustic guitars would be OK I think. The couple singing tonight might have been good without the amplifier. (The website says Friday is acoustic acts.)

The hubs and I just love 5 West! We love the food, the laid back, friendly atmosphere and overall vibe and the employees and owner are the most hard-working and kindest people we’ve ever been served by. Basically, a small town, local pub with a surprisingly good and diverse selection of food, providing great service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Just kinda walked in and took a seat. I travel quite a bit but they have the best wings I’ve had in about 8-10 years. The Pretzels were also decent. Bartender was great.

Had the dollar wings last night. We ordered the Tai Chili and Hot Wings. The wings were amazing and we will definitely be going back for that! We also ordered the nachos and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. We were very surprised that the basic bar food was delicious!! Chef has a creole background in cooking so the specials are really where it’s at!! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the creole options!!

This bar is a casual spot with great food and friendly service. The chef creates delicious specials with a southern Cajun influence and we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve had! Riley has served us many times and we liked him the first time but now he feels like a friend! We also had the pleasure of being served by Cat and we loved her vibe from day one! We always look forward to seeing what shirt and earrings she’ll have on! Seriously such a great place that is still underrated! Check it out!

The food was great(we had wings and shrimp), service was great (pretty sure the guy that waited on us was Jerry). As for atmosphere, the place appears to be a bar that serves great food. Wednesday nights are $1 eat in wings from 5-8, which means they’re going to be seeing more of me on Wednesdays

We went on a Friday evening to hear a friend’s band. Place was clean and comfortable. The bartenders were busy with the regulars but our server was excellent. He was non stop hustling. He checked on us multiple times and made sure our glasses were full. Food came out hot. It was the normal bar fare. I would definitely go back to listen to music and have drinks!

Kat the bartender was wonderful. I felt right at home. They didn’t have my type of wine and she put together a very tasty Sangria for me, which I appreciated. I also had the pork sandwich special and it was out of this world. I’ll definitely will be returning!
