Placed a delivery order and tonight it is below 0 with the wind chill. The only option was to deliver it to the door and be notified…..I checked the tracker and said it was delivered 10 min ago. I looked outside and my pizza and bread had been sitting outside on the cement steps for over 10 min. If I wouldn’t have checked the tracker, I would’ve probably waited another 10-20 minutes because I know things happen but our pizza and bread was cold. There needs to be a better system in place for the customer to be notified.

This was the best pizza my family and I have ate in awhile. It’s so nice to bite into fresh toppings each bite. You can tell they value their job, as you can taste it in the pizza! Stephanie the manager is a doll and such a pleasure to talk to! Please give this store a raise because they all deserve it. Also the parmesan bites were a huge hit with our family! Thank you for making our move stress free with an amazing lunch that put everyone in the best mood! I could go on and on.. we will definitely be back!

Placed an online order for dinner traveling through on my way home from work. Paid at the drive-through window, got my receipt, they gave me the pizza and I Drove the 25 mins home. Once home sat down to eat the pizza and open the box to find that it was the completely wrong pizza. I did not eat the pizza because it had spinach, mushrooms and onions on it so I tossed it out for the critters to eat. Figured it was only $10 so I didn’t bother with calling or driving the 25mins back to get the correct pizza. Find out the next day I had been charged twice for the order so I called the store the guy that answered remembered my name and order. I explained what happened and I just wanted refunded back for being charged twice. He said he needed to talk to his manager and they told him there was nothing they could do I had to call my bank.

I am not a fan of them marking my orders complete when it hasn’t been delivered or picked up yet. Then when you get to the restaurant, it looks abandoned and is stuck waiting for someone to appear to hand over the “complete” order. It has also happened when I ordered delivery and the app marked it “complete” when the driver is nowhere near my location. I get them padding their time but the customer service is declining and it’s disappointing.

I CALLED IN A DELIVERY ORDER, THE GUY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE , PRETENDED TO STRUGGLE WITH THE ORDER . I STAYED GOOD NATURED, EVEN THOUGH HIS BEHAVIOR WAS A RED FLAG. IT WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE WITH MY DELIVERY BEING NO SHOW NO CALL AND OVER A HOUR LATER NEAR CLOSING TIME FOR ME TO FIND OUT MY DEBIT CARD WAS SCAMMED BY THE GUY ANSWERING THE PHONE, THIS IS AWFUL. BEST WORD OF ADVISE IS STAY AWAY FROM DOMINOS EAST. IF THEY WILL DO THIS TO ONE PERSON THEY WILL DO IT TO OTHERS.

Ordered delivery quite late at night, but decided to go ahead and pick up the order instead. Audrey went above and beyond with customer service and overall helpfulness! Especially considering how late it was. Food was hot and fresh upon pickup and tasted excellent.
