Super-hot Americano! Wow, one of the hottest and best I’ve had at Starbucks in quite a while. Seating-wise there’s 4 tables for 4, a couple of 2 seater tables, and a handful of lounge chairs. Staff seem to enjoy being here, and it’s nice to see them joking around a bit and having a good time (especially early in the morning). Very pleasant visit here.

I generally do not leave reviews, however I felt it necessary to address the experience I had this morning. Between approximately 9:00 and 9:20 AM, the employee working the drive-thru demonstrated a level of unprofessionalism that was disappointing and unexpected.

While I understand the noise from the gardening crew may have contributed to a stressful environment, the frustration she displayed appeared directed toward me as well. When I attempted to ask a question, she immediately cut me off and stated that she could not hear me. This was understandable given the noise, so I raised my phone to allow her to read what I was asking. Instead of making any effort to do so, she dismissed it and responded, “I don’t know what that means.”

At that point, I looked toward the barista beside her, hoping for some assistance, yet the interaction continued in the same manner. The employee then told me she would scan my QR code. I held up my card, and she took it from me, inserted it into the reader herself, and instructed me to select a tip. Her tone and demeanor throughout the exchange were unnecessarily curt and dismissive.

I recognize that anyone can have a difficult day, but it is important that personal frustrations are not taken out on customers. My morning had been going exceptionally well until this encounter, and the way I was treated left a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning in the future.

I frequent this location since 2016 when I relocated here from CA. This store is the closest Starbucks to my home, within 3 miles.

The employees are always very eager and happy to help. They provide excellent customer service and are pretty swift in providing your order timely and accurately. It’s rare that an error is made when I order from this location. The lines can be very long inside, as well as the drive-thru however, they have the sense of urgency to assist you right when they recognize you are there in line.

Keep up the wonderful work you all do!

I paid 8$ for a “Pumpkin Spice Latte with oat milk and pumpkin cream cold foam” and i just got almond milk and expresso. Ive given this place enough chances and needless to say i will never be coming back. I don’t understand how this was that rushed especially when there wasn’t a line. I am absolutely getting my refund. Mistakes happen and its totally understandable but they wont make macha right when i went there the last few times and now im just getting straight milk and expresso now? Really disappointed.

So, among Starbucks, this one stands out! There is no one thing that is great but the overall experience adds up to being great. Oftentimes every Starbucks I go to fails in one or two specific areas but this one just did everything well. The food was Starbucks food but it was hot and they got it to me fast even during the lunch rush which is when I visited. In addition I don’t know if they prioritized the lobby over the drive through (if they did this would be the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that did) but I got my drink order in less than about 3 or 4 minutes. Wow!!! The lobby though moderately full was clean as were the restrooms and the trashcan located outside, two businesses down (not Starbucks’ trash can) was overflowing with Starbucks trash that I’m sure customers were throwing away as they went back to their cars, had two Starbucks employees picking up the trash off the ground and collecting the garbage bag. As I said though this particular Starbucks only gets 4 stars in every individual category, the whole experience elevates the store. This is truly a case where the total experience adds up to more then sum of its parts.

I’ve been having a really bad month, and today I went to this Starbucks, and accidentally spilled my drink. The Barista was so nice and cleaned it up, and was really kind and understanding, and made me feel better and provided me with a replacement, making sure it was exactly the same.

I came for a matcha but found lumps of powder in my drink, making it undrinkable. I wasted almost $7, and they refused to refund me. This is what the first few sips looked like before I threw it away. They added the powder to water without whisking it properly. Just disappointed and I come here often.

Came to this location because river rd was closed in lobby. Called 3x from outside store and no one picked up. Went inside and lobby empty . Apparantly answering the phone is not included in your customer service.#brianniccol
