I ordered 5 slim number 3 which is plain tuna sandwiches. I was insulted at the amount placed in each sandwich. It seems like the ran out of tuna and decided to stretch it rather than cancel the order. This is truly unacceptable for the amount of money that I paid

Ordered online the toasted chicken bacon ranch. Got home with my sandwich not toasted, chicken was ice cold, bacon barely cooked and no ranch. Absolutely foul. Don’t offer toasted sandwiches if you can’t deliver!

Manager Scott is very rude! Clearly messed up my sandwich and his response was “you clearly see its only 2 workers so”. Just because you are short staffed doesnt give you an excuse to be RUDE!! No customer service skills or reading skills for that matter.

I called and was told quote we don’t deliver that far we only deliver to Golden Gate Plaza. So I got in my car and drove down there and everybody that was there had their hats on Sideways and no I don’t care what your boxers look like. I ordered a beach club and was told we have no tomato No guacamole and literally a sliver of onions left you still want the sandwich I wouldn’t want that what I was told. He pulled out the little pouch of guacamole that was partially frozen and said no we don’t have any guacamole and I said no it’s okay by the time I get home it will be on thawed. He proceeded to make my sandwich it was only 9:30 they close at 10 very disappointed. You can obviously see in the photos they intended on closing at 9 as the entire store was broken down already also in the picture you can see a garbage bag sitting right outside the door again you close 10 not 9:30 you should take the trash out to the back not leave it out front for your customers to kick to the side just to get in the door. Freaky fast not this time more like freaking disappointed.

Delivery is super fast and they actually got out of their car and handed me the sandwich at the door of my apartment building. I like that. I don’t understand these delivery drivers who wait in their car. Now what I don’t understand is how hard is it to put peppers and mustard on the whole sandwich and not just a pepper here and there and a glob of mustard somewhere in the middle. That I do not like.

Tried their new lobster salad today and I was extremely disappointed. Just like with their tuna they give you next to no lobster salad and it’s just not very good. If you are thinking back to Subway and their seafood salad you’ll be very disappointed. For $11.99 it’s insulting how little actual lobster salad they give you. I am starting to rethink Jimmy John’s if this is as little as they think of their customers.

Initially when I went to the place to ask questions about different party packages, Sean was very helpful and informative. My order was ready on time after ordering it online. Upon picking up the order, Sean was there and shared he prepared the order. They make their subs really well. Subs have the perfect amount of meat.
Really changed from 4 years ago. Everything is good.

Not sure what’s going with this place but I notice the last couple orders the quality isn’t there. This time the Turkey was missing off the country club, no napkins were in the bag. When the person went to pickup they had to ask for condiment packets which were on the order. I’m feeling these workers are giving people whatever and have a don’t care attitude when making orders. I’m paying for this. It’s not free. Keep on this track and they will find themselves shutdown. Then I know they will care.
