Tables was dirty, Floor was sticky from spilt drinks under the tables. No salt only salt & pepper. Not everyone can use pepper or salt because of medical reasons. So should have it separate for the people. I won’t go back to this sub shop if they not change.

No one acknowledged I even walked through the door. Three people. All looking down. No hello. No smile. No be with you in a minute. I thought I was in the twilight zone. So I ordered online since no one would speak with me. Then my steak and cheese had less than a tablespoon of meat. I should have read the other comments first. This wasn’t a “short staffed” situation. This is a no body here cares to work and couldn’t care less if you came in or not. I hope the manger reads these and asks their employees to bring back better work ethic and values to the table.

I have never been so disrespected as a customer as I was today. I knew what sandwich I wanted with a couple changes. The server was determined to make it her way. I questioned her and she was short with me about the way I wanted my sandwich. I asked her to please put the dressing on the veggies she ignored me again saying it doesn’t matter it all goes to the same place. She asked do you want anything else . I said no paid and proceeded to throw my sandwich away. I was not comfortable eating it. She needs to be trained on customer service.

Took forever for someone to acknowledge me, then Bailey said what do you want. She was so rude. I ask what kind of bread she said they are right here in front. As she was making my 2) 6″ subs she put her hand on 1/2 of sandwich to reach and squished my bread. The bread tasted stale I have never had a rudder person make my food. I will NEVER go back to this subway again.
Bailey should not be allowed to work in the food industry

I attempted to use the app to order two sandwiches, but after picking up them guys and making it home, both of them were made incorrectly. I contacted the store to make them aware and the store manager said she would put vouchers in the mail for free sandwiches for a future visit. The vouchers never arrived, and when I emailed to check in on it, the manager never returned my email. Apparently they can’t be trusted to make a freaking sandwich correctly unless you are standing over them watching every move, and if you have a problem, prepare to be ignored.

So I ordered about $50 worth of food and once at the counter was told they don’t take anything bigger then a $50 bill. Ok cool that’s fine but it should have been posted somewhere before I ordered. The other issue is that the young lady working to night was horrible. Customer service sucked. I would much rather drive into OC to get Subway then use this one ever again.

They did not have veggie patty.
No employees greeted us and we were barely acknowledged. When the individual that ‘helped’ us did they were less than friendly.
A misunderstanding about pickles turned into the employee accusing me of not knowing what I had myself said. They even roped another employee in when they simply could have kindly handled the situation.
We will not be going back!

Younger rude workers who show no respect for customer’s. The lady who spoke to me was not only completely rude, but she ended up hanging up the phone after I asked to speak to the maneger about a position.
