Went there for dinner at the drive through.. they told us there was no dark meat left (we wanted only dark meat) so they offered us a 5% discount to take the white meat. We agreed. We got to the window and after paying, we saw no discount on the receipt. After addressing it they told us to pick and extra side instead. Once we got home, I was disgusted. The chicken was not crispy, the breading was wet and falling off of the chicken. I had to wipe off the batter and questioned even eating it. The food wasn’t hot. The biscuits were rock hard. The Cole slaw had not marinated at all. This was a waste of money and my family was not happy. The cheddar bites were not cooked thoroughly. I would like to return but not likely. I’ll stick to Popeyes. It’s not allowing me to post a picture of the chicken. I barely ate one wing and felt sick enough not to eat anything else. I’m not one to bash on restaurants either. I’ve worked plenty of fast food jobs but this shouldn’t have been served. All of the chicken was trash and they saw what they were putting in the bucket for us and my kids to eat. At least my baby liked the Mac and cheese.

My wife and I ordered our Long John Silvers meal. Both with two sides we chose coleslaw and fries. We get our order to go and when we get to our hotel there are literally a few fries I. The bottom of our containers. I counted roughly 15 fries. I called the store to ask if this was normal and the girl told me they were only suppose to give us 12 fries. And then said she didn’t understand what the problem was. Very rude and it took forever for our order to get ready. I wouldn’t eat here again. They also have signs in their lobby that state they don’t give refunds.

Go to any KFC but Ozark, MO. They have the absolute rudest employees EVER! They are the SLOWEST KFC I have ever been to. Even when I placed my order to be picked up at a specific time when I got there they told me it would be another 15 minutes before it was ready. I told them I couldn’t wait I would need to cancel my order and have it refunded. They refused to refund my order. Even when you get your order most of the time there are items missing from the order or a completely wrong order. It is a KFC and Long John Silver combo restaurant and they will NOT accept any Long John Silver coupons. The restaurant always has something the matter with it. Either the soda fountain is out of order, one side of the front door is broken and can’t be used, something. I will start taking my business to Popeyes Chicken less than a block down the road.

If you’re looking for a quick lunch, this is not the place to go. After about 15 or 20 minutes of them trying to take our order and not being able to figure it out for anything we said, forget it and left. They did not have a clue how to take our order. We just wanted some wings and they could not figure it out at all. And the manager was extremely rude and did not want to help at all. I didn’t know restaurants like this still existed.

TERRIBLE! I am from Seattle where the customer service at fast food restaurants is infinitely better. I contacted them and asked how much a meal was and they couldn’t even specify basics of meal other than to eventually get me the price, which was way over priced.
I would STRONGLY recommend you pack a lunch or keep driving to St Louis where the food is probably much better prepared and staff responsive. 0/10

Waited for +10min. and was the only people in the place. Girl had to come off break to take our order while everyone else ignored us. Order was Wrong, wrong items, missing items, they ran out of tartar sauce (this is a KFC and Long Johns combo place). Will not be coming back.

Kinda upset how much the cost of the three piece tender meal is now, it’s almost $10 and they changed the recipe, they took the really good breading off the chicken and made the chicken strips really small. Coleslaw recipe hasn’t changed it’s still really good. Another thing, they didn’t have honey, honey mustard or ketchup. Guy at the counter tried to get a better deal on our meal so that was nice. The restaurant was very chilly inside as well. Front door very hard to open for some reason.

This is a convenient KFC right off Highway 65. The food is consistent and it is a large dining room if you have a big group.

Wow, what a waste of $8. The appearance of the building, staff and food took my appetite away. Gross! Even the bag while being handed to me was gross, crumbled and greasy. The KFC spicy sandwich is a great sandwich but unfortunately the Ozark location has always failed me. Today is the last straw and will no longer be eating at this location. If the corporate office is reading this the GM has to go or you will continue to have the franchise crapped on by this poor management.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and 3 biscuits. The breading on the chicken tasted horrible and the biscuits were not done all the way. I will never eat at this KFC again.
