If your margins are so bad and your solution is to short your customers you should have never been given a subway franchise to begin with.
I think it’s about time we give up on subway. Ordered extra of all vegetables. Should have had double cheese. Basically no cheese. Wrong bread.
This location was good in the past. Now they are like all of the other subways in the area. They imagine the bare minimum and then put half of that on your sub.

I order here quite frequently and the initial experience was totally normal. However, when I got home and unwrapped my sandwich, the order was totally wrong. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the worker who answered my call didn’t lie to me straight up. “I made it myself, there isn’t banana pepper or onions on your sandwich.” Well, here’s a picture. Terrible service. At least I got my money back.

Nicest inside of a Subway I’ve ever seen (cleanliness and layout). The gentleman who is always there on Monday mornings is awesome, too. He is very kind, personable and enjoys chatting with his customers. I always see him working hard in there as well. He’s a keeper, take care of him!!!!

I typically come to this subway and the service is good from the lady that helps me. Not sure what her name is but today I came in and an Indian man helped me and my experience was terrible. All because I asked him to change his gloves after handling money from the previous customer. He immediately came down and tried to make my sandwich after helping her and putting money back in the drawer. Won’t be back after that incident. He acted like I asked him to sacrifice his first born child .. no thanks

I eat here at least twice a week. Always great service and friendly staff. Tonight( Saturday, July 31st) I walk in and extremely vulgar music is blaring from the Subway speakers. Laced with the N word and F word. I was very uncomfortable with the fact that young children were in line hearing this. Not a single person stayed in the store to eat. Everyone got their food and bounced. The store manager is a great guy and wasn’t present. This would have never been playing had he been there. Very disappointing.

As we walked in a gal was moping, awesome, but she just stared at us as we walked in. I didnt feel welcome at all. Then I tried to order 2 sandwiches… the bread and the meat I wanted they were out of. It was maybe 7 PM, not time to be out of a lot of things I wouldn’t think?
