Stated no lettuce to the worker and he confirmed no lettuce then filled the chalupas up with lettuce. Seriously how high or terrible are your workers they can’t follow the order on the screen and read. Don’t bother eating here.

This is, by far, the most ridiculous “restaurant” experience I have ever had. I would never have high expectations for a fast food place, but this location truly is as bad as all of the other negative reviews make it out to be. I ordered food in the drive thru and half of the things that I ordered were missing. I went inside, they apologized, and handed me a bag with my “missing items”. I returned to my car, opened up the bag and…THOSE ITEMS WERE INCORRECT EVEN TOUGH I TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT I WAS MISSING. I went back inside a second time and finally got what I was missing, although they were made incorrectly. The tacos were missing sour cream, I told them, and they handed me a bag with plastic containers of sour cream…or so I thought, because they were actually….coleslaw(?) I went back inside yet another time to get the sour cream. Please, please, avoid this place.

Absolute circus in that kitchen. They were fully staffed, and I still waited well over 30 minutes for my food just for them to give me the completely wrong bag. I went inside, waited another 10 minutes in line and told them it was completely wrong, and they laughed and said “opps, we gave you the wrong bag” like they didn’t just waste 4 minutes of my time. I go back to the car and all the food is cold. Don’t come here. Take your money elsewhere.

the workers genuinely just suck at their job, no sense of urgency whatsoever i came here last time and they told me they didn’t have really much of anything, i thought maybe it was a busy night and that’s why, i come here today again and again they have nothing never have i been somewhere an hour and a half before close and they don’t have product, ive walked into full service restaurants and they havent denied any service or not had food because we came an hour and a half before close, goes to show the workers who work here

I love coming to this Taco Bell. The employees are friendly and the management is great. I’ve known a member of the team for years and she actually knows me my name and remembers me everytime I go there. I’ve never had any fast food employee remember me by name. It’s a pleasure going there.

I think there should be a little more care put into the job. Everything I got wasn’t made with care. Thrown together sloppily. Some Items weren’t even made correctly. I was very specific and clear with my order as I understand communication through the speaker can be misinterpreted. Instead of getting Cinnabons I got 2 things of nachos. The cheesey fiesta potato’s we’re loaded with nacho cheese no sour. It shows how little the people at this store care. Not only that but the employees were outside took a whole 10 minutes to take my order. The girl told me there was no nacho cheese?? Sounds like laziness. And then proceeded to go look for some. Also online says open til 12 and they close at 10:30. Will never go here. I came off rude to the manager wasn’t my intention but I think anybody would be as frustrated as I am if you wasted 40$ and couldn’t eat your food.

I’m honestly surprised this place is even open. I just left this place, the workers were more worried about talking out front and smoking then they were taking our order. One worker said they closed at 10 the other one said they closed at 12pm but then there was a third voice that said were closed, and the only thing they were serving was hard and soft tacos. I ordered tacos, sat at the window for 15 minutes, they tossed me my food and walked away. As I was driving away, there was a kid no older than 8 years old sweeping and mopping the lobby while the two workers were back outside smoking. Stay far away from this place, I cant even eat my food because this is how I recieved it. 26$ for 6 tacos.

I don’t know why this place has 3.4 stars… they need to bump it down to .4 star because why did me and my friends wait an hour and a half to get a couple items off the taco bell menu. The service could be rated the worst in history because they all ignored us and gave food to others that ordered way after us. The food was also wrong and we still had to wait to get the right order. We got dirty looks when we finally asked where the food was. They did give me an extra taco, but no one helped us and the manager wasn’t even there.
