This place is delicious! It may seem unassuming because of the location, but the food is fantastic. The Hanoi fresh roll was insanely good, and the spicy garlic edamame was just as amazing. We will absolutely be back. The ambiance is adorable, the music was great, and our waitress was very attentive and helpful.

They really did a great remodel and have been coming here since it swapped from a poki spot . They must have over spent because the food went way down . Even the size of the cuts is insane ! Its funny because I took a pic of the partial rehab food where they wouldnt completely wrap the roll in fish, now they just do the ends and small film aha . Last Pic is before. The fish was so fresh and good! R.i.p

Honest opinion thought the food was just ok. The Bento salmon box was good but the rice was undercooked. For the sushi portion honestly thought it was just ok. Nothing great about the sushi which is sad being a sushi place.The staff was awesome and attentive so that’s a plus.

It’s really nice and I enjoyed my time there. Wish I could’ve known what the ramen came with (or paid closer attention) I ended up not eating it all. The spicy tuna roll was good. If you’re near the area, I recommend it.

The place was clearly short-staffed – we had to wait a while to get a table.
When we ordered the roll combo, we wanted to get some baked rolls, but the server told us we couldn’t include them in the combo. This was confusing since their menu simply states “any rolls.” It would be helpful if they made these restrictions clear on the menu.
The combo came with miso soup that was room temperature, which wasn’t very appetizing.
When they brought our rolls, they accidentally dropped some toppings on the table. The rolls tasted decent but were too cold, like they’d just come from the refrigerator.
Since they were short-staffed, no one checked on us during our meal. I had to wave for about 5 minutes and wait another 10 minutes just to get some water.
I wanted to enjoy the experience more, but there were quite a few things that could have been better.

We went after they redid the menus, we thought it was going to be fine but turns out not. The food was still great however it was not fresh. We always came here because of the fresh food and great customer service but today it was different. I believe it was Andrew as our server and he let us sit down and had 2 more people behind us sat down, but he took their order and never took ours for at least 20 mins. The people behind us got their food already yet we were still waiting to be served. After we were served he also forgot the things that came with our food such as our miso soups for both our meals plus the salad too. The food on the other hand tasted good however, we got diarrhea a couple hours after we had it. We only had food here throughout the whole day so I am pretty certain the food wasn’t fresh. This used to be my favorite place to have sushi but after this experience I’m not sure I will be returning anymore.

I found 3 fish bones inside the sashimi.
The bridge looked and tasted like it was whatever they had leftover that they needed to get rid of. Our 2 bridges did not match.
The restaurant was warm and stuffy.
They never came around to take empty plates/trash away.
I would not recommend at all, especially for the money you’re shelling out. We paid almost $300 for 4 people.

They gave us complimentary miso soup and water when we were seated.
I had the Jessica Alba roll and the lemon salmon roll. Both were great with lots of flavor.
The location is clean and the staff were friendly.
